Mark was accommodating and easy to work with in terms of song selection and understood what I was hoping to achieve by way of his performance at the community event. He made quite the impression with the attendees---one person commented that the sound of the bagpipes "gave her goose bumps." Everyone enjoyed not only the performance; but, also Mark's willingness to do a Q&A about the bagpipes and his kilt. So, we not only enjoyed the songs; but learned something as well. The event featured a Scottish theme and Mark added so much through his dress and wonderful music. He was an excellent choice!

I put on a Memorial service and Celebration of Life for my Mom who passed due to cancer in early June 2019, and while this is my first experience with GigMasters, I couldn't be happier and relieved at Mark's professionalism, performance, and personable demeanor to all the guests at the service. As he walked up the aisle with Scotland the Brave playing, and finished with amazing grace, the tears started coming down for everyone. One of my Mom's wishes was to have bagpipes at her service, and the entire service was so beautiful and gave her the respect and love she deserved. I deeply appreciated the experience and how he stayed for the reception. He fit right in.

Thank you Drew! It was an honor to play for your Mom.

Wedding was on a ranch at the end of a long road. No way to get ahold of me. Did not deter from showing up. We had rain and wedding was delayed since it was outside. Worked with wedding planner and was all set to surprise the new couple after the ceremony. Complete surprise for my son and daughter in law. Everyone enjoyed the music and taking pictures.

We booked him for a 50th birthday party and he did not show up. He text during our party that he would be late. I answered him back with there wouldn't be very many people left. He took that as me canceling him. That was NOT what we intended. We were busy attending to guests & begging them to stay as he would be late. Well he didn't show at all. I text again 15 min. after he said he would be there and his text back was, "I thought we agreed to call it." That is NOT what I understood. His lack of communication ruined my friends birthday party for her and her family. He has tried to make this my fault. He should have called and not text that he was no coming.

Trina, You know what happened!!!!! I texted you stating that I would be there at 10:00 instead of 9:30 and you responded that there wouldn't be very many people there. I responded that we could just CALL IT and you responded OKAY. You never said come anyway. I am sorry this happened, but putting this all on me is just wrong! Mark added the wow factor for our mother's burial at San Joaquin National Cemetery. Not a dry eye once he started playing. I would recommend, and rate Mark Little at the highest level! Mark was prompt, professional and also had some useful details for us regarding ceremonies at San Joaquin National Cemetery. He has played there many times. We also enjoyed some conservation and interesting info about pipes and other events around the valley. He made a lovely addition to our ceremony.

He arrived early, which was great! I was so busy with the other details of the memorial service that I didn't get a chance to talk with him the day of. But you wouldn't have known that. Other people coordinated the details with him and he came in when he was supposed to. He was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend him!!
