Jon is a real talent, and an exemplary man. I asked Jon to play at my father's funeral, and he was just incredible. He is so respectful and thoughtful. I had to change the time, and he was very flexible. I recommend Jon wholeheartedly! I'll always remember what he has done for my father.

Jon K. Shell was hired to play the bagpipes at my Step-fathers memorial. He was punctual, professional, personable and did a phenomenal job helping us to honor him. We also loved that Jon wore the McRae kilt which meant a lot to the family. Jon played Amazing Grace and Taps….Breathtaking.

Couldn't be happier. Jon played at my wife's memorial service. He showed great honor and respect to my family. He drove 2 hours and was there early (he was there before me) and stayed longer than contracted. Oh, and by the way, his piping was beautiful. Highly recommend.

With Jon’s vast experience and gracious assistance, he delivered an extraordinary graveside service for my father with the playing of "Amazing Grace", followed by closing with the traditional crossing as he played "Going Home” Friends, family are are still talking about how powerfully emotional his performance was. Jon’s coordination prior to the service was spot on with immediate feedback on our request for the funeral. Thank you Jon for everything, sir...you are a true professional.

Jon K. Shell was amazing, respectful, resourceful, and extremely flexible (the weather was crazy with torrential rain, it was rustic and very muddy). He is very talented! The rain subsided just long enough for the service. Everyone really enjoyed his music and speaking with him. I would recommend Jon to anyone looking for a piper.

I can not express the heart felt thanks that I feel for Jon. He made the remembrance of my Grandfather EPIC. He joined in prayer and made it like his own family were being remembered.
