My mother played bagpipes in SFA's Scottish Brigade in the 50's, so I asked Lary to the big surprise at her birthday party. There wasn't a dry eye in the house when she realized there was a live piper, not a recording. Lary didn't just stand at attention in a corner and play; instead, he interacted with us and *entertained*. He was charming, funny and everyone loved him. I generally guard my personal space closely, but could not resist giving him a big hug as he was leaving. I am so glad we did this when Mom could enjoy it rather than waiting until her final service. Thank you, Lary!

Lary was awesome ... both professionally and personally. He was also flexible and gracious, and for the first time since our reunions began 20 years ago, wore the most interesting uniform! The photos we have of him at our family's ranch are beautiful and have already made it to FBook. ??He was VERY well received by my extended family - all 64 of us. Would use him again in a heartbeat!!

I had only communicated with Lary over email for coordinate ceremony details ( which was super easy and stress free), but when I pulled up to the church on the wedding day, he put a huge smile on my face. He looked professional, sounded great and was super nice after speaking with him in person after the ceremony. He set the tone for the wedding. Plus he was a surprise factor for most of my guests, it was awesome!

To short a block to talk about this piper. I could have a piper in San Antonio. This was not a memorial service for military, police, or firemen but for my wife. This piper provided an outstanding tribute. Well worth the little time it took to arrange, The cost was well below what I expected, and his attention to your request, details and how you wanted this to fit in was also outstanding. Most of all his direct contact with me was very important. Too bad you rate 5 stars, he deserves a 10

I cannot say enoughgood things about lary Fowler, aka Leghorn the Piper. I recently got married and wanted to surprise my bride by wearing having the wedding party be piped to the ceremony. Lary showed up on time and, as requested, was discrete about his arrival so as not to tip off the bride. His attire was quite impressive. We walked in with him leading the way and all the attendees were both surprised and delighted. My wife to be was totally surprised. Lary is an excellent piper and executed his role perfectly. As we marched in, he peeled off to the side to be in the background of the service without any instruction from me. I highly recommend Lary!

Loved having Lary play for us. He made our Scotland event really rock! He brought people in & got the attention of passersby who didn't even know about the event. He even helped us move some chairs etc as we set up & tore things down, so that was very helpful & much appreciated. So glad we found him. If we have another Scotland event in the future, he's the piper we will want to return!

Lary played Amazing Grace for my stepdads Memorial Service. There are no words for how perfect he made the service. It was a TRUE send off. Lary was open to doing whatever we asked. I would call upon him anytime.

Lary's performance was what my guests were most impressed with, several of them want to use a piper for their wedding as well! He was very accommodating, he even learned a new bagpipe song I found on YouTube for our recessional!

THIS WAS A SPECIAL SURPRISE FROM MY BRIDE TO ME AT OUR WEDDING CEREMONY! LEGHORN WAS THE HIT OF THE PARTY AND THE GESTS OVERWHELMED US WITH QUESTIONS ON HOW TO BOOK LEGHORN FOR THEIR PARTIES. SUPER PROFFESSIONAL AND SO EASY GOING, I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER WEDDING GIFT!!! HE EVEN STAYED LATE TO TAKE PICTURES WITH EVERYONE!!!!
