We had a very delayed funeral st Arlington. Norm was very patient and stayed with us as long as he could. He ended up playing for us by our cars as he could not wait until the burial. His communication was great and his dress was outstanding

Norm Weaver turned my husband's birthday celebration into a most memorable occasion. His piping was festive and stirring, and he could not have been more accommodating. He was an absolute joy to work with. He arrived as our piper and left as our friend. Thank you, Norm! Now we'll be trying to find another excuse to hire a piper.

Norm was great! He showed up to our event early and stayed after so that we could get pictures with him. He played songs that we requested and other songs that we were excited to hear. Overall we had a great experience with him, and he really made our wedding ceremony a great time that everyone enjoyed.

Piper Norm Weaver was excellent to work with. He was so very professional and just a delightful person.! He did everything that was requested of him, he didn’t hesitate to stand outside piping even though snow had fallen that morning, it didn’t phase him. We are so very happy to have made his acquaintance and would not hesitate to recommend him! We loved having Norm part of our celebration.!

I appreciated having Norm Weaver play at my mother's graveside service in Arlington National Cemetery. He was a true professional and his performance was wonderful. I can't say enough great things about Norm. He played for my mother's burial at Arlington and his playing touched the hearts of everyone there. He was punctual, made sure he played what we wanted, and was very kind. He came early and stayed after - he enjoyed talking to our guests, which I loved. But he performed with respect and dignity for the service. He has a kindness about him that let you know he was honored to be part of our time at Arlington. Thank you!

Norm's presence was much more than a bagpiper. He was comforting, helped us work through some of the protocol before we heard from the Arlington staff, provided us valuable background info and generally was extremely professional and personable. Norm definitely fulfilled my father-in-law's final wishes to have a piper play Amazing Grace in the most wonderful, clear manner. Norm is one in a million!!! We are ecstatic with his performance and thoroughly enjoyed his presence. 10 out of 5

I hired Norm to play at a wedding. Showed up early, in full regalia. Played well, met all requirements, and even added an extra few songs during the receiving line at no cost. The bride and groom were thrilled!

Norm was wonderful! Selecting songs and communication with Norm was very easy and he was always responsive. Norm even led us back the few blocks from our church to reception venue playing the whole way! It was like my very own parade in downtown DC!
