Robert’s performance was deeply moving and exceptional at my brother’s Huddle. He was cordial, easy to work with and professional. Discovering that Jim was in the Army, Robert also played Taps on his bugle. That & Amazing Grace on his bagpipes were highlights of the occasion. I highly recommend his services.

Robert, as discussed on the phone arrived early which helped because there had been a last minute change in the funeral program. Performed well during the grave side service. Played Amazing Grace which my Dad requested followed by traditional burial songs. I was more than happy with the performance and would hire Robert in the future.

Bob White played for my wife and I for our 55th wedding anniversary in 2020. My wife was born in Scotland. He was great back in 2020 and really proficient and professional this time. My wife passed away last June and it was a no brainer to have Mr. White play at her Celebration of Life event. We had 60 people there and they really enjoyed his tunes. I myself am a retired LTC Army officer and brother in law, also a retired LTC, Green Beret, very much enjoyed chatting with MSGT White as did many others present.

Coming to a wedding and telling the bride how to do their wedding is not professional. He tried changing the whole walk in as he booked to many events and his " battery" was gonna die. I paid for him to start playing at 2 while my guest arrive and walking down and up the isle. He played only when someone showed not the whole time and stopped before myself ( the bride) walked down the isle to our his coat on. Not professional at all and I wouldn't recommand him at all to anyone. He also invited himself to stay for the food which was not part of the contract, begging me for a 5 star review and told a few people I had nor paid him yet which bothers me big time@

The Bride had a contract with me to start at 2:00. I arrived at 1:30 to play as people arrived DJ. Car had broke down.He was late . She Moved the wedding to 3:00. We agreed me to start playing 20 minutes as her GUEST arrived. Some of them were LATE. I did not have a practice with any of the wedding party. So I was not aware of how many people were in the wedding party ? So we organized the time Frame . Everything went as my contract stated.

We chose Mr. White to play various hymns at our father’s celebration of life ceremony. Our father, a WW2 Army Air Corps and Air Force Reserve veteran, was certainly well represented by Mr. White, himself, a retired Green Beret and Vietnam veteran. Mr. White was early to the event, was flexible since we had some last minute changes, and provided some very helpful suggestions. Highly recommend!

Robert did a good job performing at our wedding, but he came directly up to the bride and groom as soon as the ceremony ended refusing to leave until he was paid a check despite us providing a deposit and assuring him he would be paid through the app in a timely fashion. Of course, the bride and groom right after the ceremony did not have a check on them, and he became belligerent as the bride and groom took time out of their reception to ask everyone at the wedding for a check and finally got a guest to pay him before he would stop badgering the entire wedding.

Claire. She did notpay or any other person. She still has not paid anything. She knew that contract at the job was to be paid. I showed her friend The contract . Her mother said that I would get my money some time ? I was not belligerent. Claire hired a event planner. She had never planned for a Bagpiper event planner and she did not know the guidelines For a Bagpiper. She sprung the planner on me as a surprise. As for my attitude I did not talk bad to her people. Her mother talked to me and she said I would get the money that Claire owed to me. STILL NOT RECEIVED THE $ 280.00 CLAIRE OWES ME. No one has paid. All the congregation told Me I did a great JOB !

I would hire Robert again and again. He was kind, professional, talented, and just absolutely lovely to work with. He played the bagpipes as guests arrived to my wedding and then piped me down the aisle to “Highland Cathedral.” My Scottish mom was very happy! He and my husband enjoyed chatting as well. As the wife, sister, daughter in law, and sister in law of veterans, it was an honor to have a veteran like Robert participate in my wedding in this special way. 10 out of 10 and highly recommend!!!
