Donna, the representative from Balloon Expressions was excellent. She was on time, and she was polite and kind with the children. She worked very independently and did not need any assistance from me. She was great. I would use her again.

Donna at Balloon Expressions was very professional with our birthday party. She is a very talented balloon artist. She was comfortable with managing 20 kids and their requests, works fast, and is easy going. I am very happy that I hired her for my daughters 7th birthday party.

Balloon Expressions was a great activity for our daughters 4yr old bday party. Donna was clear about what she would need and what she was able to do. She was on time and worked without any help from us, which was great so we could attend to party preperations. Overall it was a positive experience and the kids loved it. Thanks!

She did great! There were about 12 kids there and she was able to make several balloon designs for each kids, plus a few for the grown-ups too. A big hit with the little boys was her bouncy ball made from a balloon.

Very professional. She made several balloon creations for the kids at the party. They loved it. She was very talented and quick. I did however expect the artist to be a little more friendly than she was. If her job is to be at kids' parties etc. I assumed her mood, excitement factor and friendliness to be greater than it was.

The balloon toys she created for our 3-yr-old daughter's birthday party were perfect and very age-appropriate. All the little girls loved that they could wear their balloon butterfly wings and headpieces. The face & arm painting was done very well. Unfortunately, she didn't allow enough travel time to reach our house and arrived 30 minutes late for her event. Though, she did make sure every child had a balloon toy and face/arm painted before she was finished. I would strongly recommend her for her talent and ability to accomodate the children's wishes. She was very nice.

I'm normally not negative but I was so not impressed with the face painting. I could have saved myself the $100 and had my 8 year old niece paint faces because that is exactly what it looked like, lines across the face. Parents were washing their children's faces, that's how bad it was. On a positive note, it did keep the children occupied for an hour and I booked Donna a week before the event so she was very accommodating.

She came late. We agreed for an hour of service. 45 min later she had all her stuff packed up and was waiting by the front door. She then told me that there were no more kids. At no point did she ask me if anyone else wanted anything done; she just packed up her stuff ready to go. One child wanted an elephant done; she told the parents to take one that some other kid left. What if that kid wanted his/her elephant and it was no longer there because she gave it away. Lastly she came unprepared she needed a marker to make faces on the balloons and scissors. She then told the kids she was “handicapped” today without her tools. Highly unprofessional and offensive!

Donna did a fabulous job with keeping all the kids at the birthday party entertained with her awesome balloon designs. She made many different balloon designs that were great for a wide range of ages. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends!

Donna was awesome. She came early, started right on time and worked the entire hour. She was dressed cute (not Clown) and engaged well with the children. She has a great repertoire of balloon figures and tries to please each and every child-and sometimes adults, too. We all had fun with Donna and her Creations.
