Donna did a wonderful job! She arrived promptly and managed about 15 5 year olds like a total pro! She kept all the kids occupied during the snack portion of the party and cranked out balloon art like crazy. Each kid probably got about 3 masterpieces each during the hour! Lots of parents asked for her contact number and said what a great job.

We wanted a balloon artist for our daughter's 2nd birthday party but the plan wasn't concrete yet. At the last minute we decided we DID want to hire one - Donna responded right away with the best quote! Her balloon creations were AMAZING! My daughter's favorite thing was the balloon flower wrist corsage, and my son loved his balloon super soaker and ninja sword backpack! I would definitely hire her again! THANKS DONNA!

The children were very pleased with all the balloons created by the artist. She artist had a wonderful demeanor, and the children felt comfortable making all types of balloon requests directly to her.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD. I HAD THE MOST HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE WITH DONNA FOR MY KID'S 1ST BDAY. SHE SHOWED UP HIGH ON MARIJUANA TO A PLACE WHERE THERE WERE INFANTS AND TODDLERS AROUND. DONNA WOULDN'T LEAVE UNTIL I PAID HER SO I HAD NO CHOICE. I WANTED HER TO LEAVE THE RESTAURANT/PARTY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I COMPLAINED TO GIGMASTERS, WHO HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, TO NO AVAIL. NOW I'M OUT $210 AND HAVE THE WORST MEMORIES OF MY ONLY CHILD'S 1ST BIRTHDAY. DO NOT BOOK WITH DONNA OR GIGMASTERS! THEY SELL YOUR INFO TO 3RD PARTY "ADULT" COMPANIES. I HAD TO CHANGE MY PHONE NUMBER FROM ALL OF THE HARASSMENT OF DAILY CALLS I RECEIVED!!! BEWARE!!

I was completely taken aback by this review, first because I don't even accept alcoholic drinks at parties, and second because the client never portrayed any dissatisfaction at the event or when paying at which time I was tipped for the performance as well. I arrived early, I accommodated the mealtime schedule by face painting after doing balloons, which I generally do first due to my hands shaking after doing balloons, I made lots of balloons for the children as well as some adults, and simply waited to receive agreed upon payment after services, as stated in the contract. I did not "refuse to leave until I was paid", because I wasn't even aware there was a problem.

Donna was on time, very friendly and the children loved her. She did face painting for the first 30 minutes or so and then did ballons for the rest of the time. She even stayed a few minutes longer to make sure all the children got what thet wanted.
