Jeanine, aka, HEY Balloon Lady, is an award winning balloon artist, entertaining at children's and family events, in the Bay Area since 1999. From birthday parties to corporate events, no event is too big or too small. Jeanine will make just about anything out of balloons, and has a nearly endless repertoire.

Our team, Birthday Party People, also offers face painting, glitter tattoos, airbrush tattoos, arts and crafts, Balloon Twisting Workshops, and Stuffed Animal Workshops.

We have fantastic artists and amazing entertainers.  We can provide combination artists that do both balloons and face painting, or specialty artists that specialize in their chosen art.
We can provide multiple artists for large events.

Our event had a group of 70 adults.  Hey Balloon Lady was given one hour to go around the room and do her thing.  She accomplished this fantastically and made some awesome balloon creations that one person from each table was lucky enough to bring home.  Her artistic talent was unquestionable, people were amazed to watch her skills, and this type of entertainment worked for us at a dinner event where we really had to watch our time.  She arrived promptly, did all she said she would do, and I would definitely recommend you giving her a try!

Hey Balloon Lady (Jeanine) was terrific. She did a great job displaying her talents to the kids (20+ at the party), as well as accommodating their requests for balloon animals, animals being the theme. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a fun way to provide kids with fine entertainment along with something that is definitely fun to take home. Jeanine was a big hit at my daughter's 6th b-day party and we were very satisfied with her professionalism and wonderful rapport with the children.

It was a pleasure working with Jeanine at Hey Balloon Lady. She made the whole booking experience so easy. She was very professional and answered all my questions. We hired a face painter and balloon artist for our company picnic. I was quite a large crowd but Kim and Carolyn accomadated every child in a warm and friendly way and lots of them came back for more balloons and face painting. The quality of the balloon art and face painting was the best ever!!! Even adults were in line for face painting and balloon art. All and all I would recommend Hey Balloon Lady to everyone, they did a great job. Thank you Jeanine,Kim and Carolyn.
