Great performers! The kids loved the balloons and the glitter tattoos. I was getting compliments for many days after the celebration. I am so happy to have booked them and will book them for future events as well! Very polite and professional staff.

Awesome balloon making and face painting. Arrived on time. The kids enjoyed everything very much. It was unfortunate that they didn’t give a little leeway on stoppage time. It was very abrupt. Otherwise everything was great. I would use them again!

Moon on the water did an amazing job!!! They are both very talented-face painting and balloon twisting. They showed up on time, were very professional and engaging. They brought their own equipment and exceeded all expectations. They kept my guests very happy and the kids were very entertained. I highly recommend them and look forward to booking them again for future events.

AMAZINGG!!!!! Our balloon artist and face painter couldn’t have been any more wonderful for my sons first birthday party! All the kids at the party had so much fun! The balloons they made were so creative and fun. Everyone at the party commented on how amazing they were!

We hired two performers for our daughters birthday party and both artists were on time, professional, and talented and provided great entertainment to the kids and everyone who came had a great time! Highly recommend them for balloon twisting or glitter tattoos.

Desiree is the best!! There is never NOT a line waiting for her special henna tatooes ! This is the second year we have had her at our family picnic and she is fabulous! Gracious patient and talented--everyone loves her! She stayed overtime at our event because so many people wanted a special fun memory of our great day--she goes above & beyond without hesitation. Highly recommend for your next party-young & old enjoy henna creations! Can't wait for next year--maybe we'll add some bling!!

MoonOnTheWater was a great company to work with for our daughter's birthday party! Their pricing was excellent compared to the other quotes we received. We had a face painter and a balloon artist, both of whom went over very well with our guests! The two staff members arrived at the promised time, set up immediately and cleaned up afterwards. We heard lots of compliments from our guests - both adults and children - about the talent of both performers. We would definitely recommend them!

Great addition to our large family picnic!! Deserie was very professional & accommodating. She worked tirelessly for 3 hours w/o a break to do as many of my guests as she could. They all loved it and there was never NOT a line of people waiting!! Designs were beautuful. 2nd time using Moon on the Water at family functions -great job!!

Desiree and Dimitri were prompt even though I only had three kids at the time. Dimitri spoke to my son and he warmed up to him really quick and was helping Dimitri blow up balloons. I had the whole family out there getting face painting. Beautiful work by Desiree!!!! My son sat down and Desiree painted Thomas the Tank on his arm. My little cousin challenged Dimitri to make a balloon and he made the tree with a crazy monkey and bananas. AMAZING!!! The duo were so friendly, very professional, FANTASTIC! I would hire them for my son's party anytime. Thank you so much for making a day so GREAT for all of us!!!
