50% and completed contract(our last image) holds your date. We MUST have completed contract back to send entertainers out to your party/event, any balance is due 2 weeks before party. Offer available in NJ, Staten Island, & Parts of PA & CT.

Airbrush body art: one of our premium activities, great for parties of all ages. We have lots of designs & 3 color choices. Ground electrical outlet required.

Glitter Tattoos: Go wild with designs from our book. We have a rainbow of sparkling colors for designs. Perfect for Sweet 16’s, Bat/Bar Mitzvahs, Proms, weddings, showers, & more.

Henna Tattoos: luxurious treat for the skin, with full array of designs. Henna is perfect for teens & adults, Bridal/Baby Showers, Weddings, Prom after parties, Birthdays, Graduations, Sweet 16s, Quinceañeras, Bat/Bar Mitzvahs, Girl's/Ladies' Night…

Bridal henna: $1001 for 4 hrs for bride. Add extra time for guests. We can incorporate your name, initials, motif, or wedding date into a custom design for hands and arms.) Add $500 for feet. Add $250 for white henna.

Face Painting: Let children become superheroes, princesses & more, or just do simple cheek/hand art designs (yes, we've been asked to do a full sleeve with tattoo like art). We have sample images to make it easy to choose.

Balloon Decorating: We do all sizes of parties & events from a simple cake table arch that'll look fabulous in pictures to elaborate decorating with helium balloons, swags, sculpted centerpieces, drops, backdrops... We work to get the perfect effect for your event & plenty of photo-ops.

Origami artists have a sample sheet of designs for guests to choose from (cranes, snails, frogs, dragons, bears, hearts, cats and more) or have a hands-on class.

Safety: All artists are vaccinated to ensure safety. We're as careful with your family as our own.

We have the entertainers you need.

Booking: We take 50% online deposit (100% for promotions) at booking to secure your date. Balance due two weeks prior to the party. We email contract for you to complete & return. We DO NOT send entertainers our without a contract.

Weather happens! Have a contingency plan for your party or event: tent, alternate locations, move the party indoors... or add a  rain-date for $250 at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to cancel due to snow, sleet, ice, flooding, heatwave & declared state of emergency. This keeps everyone safe. We hold an artist in case of illness or emergency, our booking guarantee.

REQUIRED PREPAID PARKING/Valet as close as possible to venue as possible. Entertainers/artists will have heavy supplies. Entertainers DO NOT carry cash to pay or tip valet.

MoonOnTheWater Balloons & Painting Parties exceeded my expectations! They arrived early to set up, were professional and well prepared, they both  did an amazing job throughout the event. The face painting was beautiful, the balloon creations were a huge hit with both the kids and adults, and their friendly, positive attitude made the experience even better. They truly helped make our event a success. I highly recommend them and would absolutely book them again!

I was really satisfied with the Fun Fairy's performance. Many people called me to ask where did I find hr, and I told them on gigmasters.com. She was really affordable and the balloon twisting was really different. Better than any I've seen, she shaped characters and alltypes of figuers. Thanks Fun Fairy and Gig Masters.

- very accomodating (agreed to extend show by 30 mins when we had delays) and on time
- would hire again in a heart beat
- balloon stuff was great (most of the kids were in the 2-6 year range)
- kids were prob too young to appreciate the magic show
