They were amazing!! I would definitely use Heroes on Call again! The entertainer came prepared and also incorporated a treasure hunt I created into the fun! The kids were super entertained and so were the adults. It was so nice to have them assisting with the party so I could manage other items. So glad I booked them!!!

I needed a singing telegram with short notice (4 days). I heard from the company within minutes of putting my request up on gigmasters. I gave them a very specific request for the performer. Within an hour, the person had spoken with the performer and told me they could accommodate the request as closely as they could. I heard from the performer personally the day before the event to make sure he was on the right page in terms of what I wanted. He wanted to make the performance memorable and meaningful. I was so impressed with their willingness to accommodate me and their communication. It was perfect. I want to send everyone a singing telegram from HerosOnCall!

10 Stars to Batman! He is Awesome! Raylen’s 3rd Super Hero Birthday Party was perfect! Batman was early to arrive and completely comfortable with all during the party. He was engaging, funny and loved by everyone. I can’t thank Hero’s on Call enough. Thank you!

This is our second time using Heroes On Call and there will be many, many more times in the future. Professional and very good with our son who has special needs. Not once did Darth Vader make him feel any less than anyone else. We love this guy! He has a great love of what he does and it shows! We recommend this company to anyone looking for professional talent and just pure, genuine fun. Heroes On Call is the only company you need to call, trust me =)

Cinderella was right on time and coordinated with me nicely. However, her dress did not fit at all (it was huge and had very noticeable safety pins in the back). She was playing games with the kids and asked them to guess the villains in the pictures and she told two kids they were wrong when they were right. Very little knowledge of Disney characters. She was wearing a very recognizable headband that belonged to Jasmine, not Cinderella.

We had vampirina booked for an hour and a half event and it was a nightmare. The character was unprepared for the event. Her hair kept showing through the back off the costume. She did not come with the games as promised, she was by herself and needed assistance. The parents who were at the party were the ones who provided the entertainment. We have had character events before, and this was by far the worst event ever. I would not recommend this company for another event and have requested a full refund. After 45 minutes into the event we were ready to ask her to leave. I now have a 6 yr old asking why vampirina had hair....she now knows the characters aren’t real.

I think the person was very professional and was able to please but the talent was just not there! But maybe for other characters it would be good just was not the best at the one we pick !

Unfortunately the balloon artist did not arrive at 530 as stated, but instead barely made it in by 6. He did call ahead to let me know that he would be late, so I gave a 4 for professionalism. The balloons were decent depictions of animals, but he popped quite a few, and remaking them caused the line to progress very slowly.

I cannot rave enough about the presentation and performance by "Harley Quinn" and "Joker". Our wedding and reception was a "Harley Quinn and Joker" theme. They were absolutely spectacular! Beyond anything I had ever expected. They were professional, courteous and accommodating. The service was impeccable. The guests were raving about their "surprise" appearance. Everyone had a blast taking pictures with them. I wish I could post the videos of them dancing with and entertaining the children. Thank you for making our wedding day spectacular!
