He was on time and communicative however, I had some complaints during the party about him not accommodating all of the children that wanted balloons. Also, a storm came during the event and he could not do his magic show because he seemed like he wanted to leave (costs $150). I paid him the entire amount however, when I texted him the next day expressing how I felt about the money he did not agree to give me the money back because he did not preform the entire show we planned.

On June 30 I was hired to entertain at Renne Ortiz's party for her one year old Nova. She hired me to do balloon twisting, face painting and a magic show for two hours. All the kids were very happy with the balloons and face painting I did. At an hour and a half the police came and told everyone there was a major thunderstorm approaching. At that point it began to rain very hard and there was a lot of thunder and lightening. All the guests at her party quickly grabbed their belongings and began to leave. I asked Renee if she wanted me to still do the magic show but there was hardly anyone still there so she said "It's okay, you don't have to do the magic show and I'll pay you in full." At that point I packed my things and left.

Great experience! Doug came right in and knew exactly how to get the kids involved. The balloons were a hit with the older kids getting “swords” and the younger kids getting animals. I highly recommend!

Doug from SuperNovA was fantastic. He arrived on time ready to paint and paint he did. First he did one of our actors, she looked fantastic. Ready to scare the the pants off or unsuspecting campers. His work is great, the kids had a blast. It was a big plus being able to do both Balloon Art and Face Painting. Will be looking forward to many more events with Doug next year.

Jamie was excellent with the children and the adults! Everyone loved the images that they were able to choose. While we had her for both face painting and balloon art, the face painting was definitely more popular. Communication with SuperNovA was very easy. As we plan our Season 2022 campground activities, we hope to have SuperNovA return.

Doug is a jack of all trades. He was charismatic and the kids loved him. It was a birthday party for a 2 and a 5 year old and he catered to a range of ages. He painted faces, made balloons and entertained both the kids and the adults with a short magic show. I will definitely be booking him for upcoming children events. Thanks Doug.
