They were 40mins late I would never have them again so disappointed ??

:

Sadly, we were late due to a costuming problem. We are very sorry for that. However, we gave her the same 4-5 star performance that we often get as Santa. We consider anything less than 2.3 stars a dishonest rating as we always give them a call and the right to cancel before we leave if our lateness is unacceptable. By her permission, we left to come to her event. Please note...Our clients always have the right to change their low rating to reflect honesty within four days. We disagree with her rating of us not her statement. After four days, we will consider this to be her stated review.

We were very happy with twist mint balloons. The kids enjoyed the balloon and face painting, and twister. Mint was a wonderful part of our neighborhood summer party.

They were 1 hour late and didn't communicate the information to me. I had to call them to find out where they were, and their ETA. When they arrived, I got excuses for why they were late, and it was a lack of planning on their part. Not very professional.

Over 43 years of service and a lot of bookings including a number of large corporations. Did she mention that we were already there when she called and we needed to park close as possible for unloading? I'm not seeing it. They had no signage anywhere. That is very unusual for a substantial company and a mistake on their part. I have been to family reunions that posted signage on paper plates with arrows better than that. We do not plan for or expect to be that late. My driver was late arriving home from a hospital sleep study on his fiancee in the Ann Arbor area. I had no information on arrival time to give her ahead of time. When he did arrive, I rushed with change over and packing to get us going. We left double ASAP. We are just 24 minutes away from the Zoo Event. Course correction needed ...yes. (Not happening again) *We offer a monetary credit towards a future booking when we cannot stay our full time value as booked (Our usual course for any minutes late).

We really enjoyed having Santa at our Christmas Party this past weekend. He was timely, very friendly and we got many pictures of our clients with Santa. Very fair pricing and would highly recommend.

We had a community dinner with several families. We wanted to keep the kids entertained and Harold did an excellent job at that. Harold was easy to communicate with and accommodated our needs.

After several attempts to confirm location I ended up calling the main office line due them being 15 miles late without a call. They then had problems with parking (we have a giant lot outside that I left them instructions to in the initial emails) and they were over 25 minutes late to the start of the event. They then were okay with the children per the photographer, gave us $20 off for the tardiness. Overall, because I requested them to get there early, and I felt oversold on the Cheery-ness and happiness of the Santa were were fully satisfied with the epierence based on what we paid and how the turnout was.

Thank you for your feedback. By policy, we call ahead with ETA when we are near arrival. Usual cause for not getting it is it goes to messages. As far as emails go ...usual error is it being sent to a .com instead of the valid .net address. (.com goes to a dead file) We wish we had gotten the expanded information. From Bash messages we had only the street address and the two phone numbers called. Usually no more than 3 -5 minutes until Santa sits in the chair from address arrival. Most are happy with our performance.

The children enjoyed him with him trying to entertain. He seemed lost or disoriented when reading The Night Before Christmas to the children. His Elf reminded us that we only had 10 minutes left in our booking even though Santa arrived at 6:20pm and left before 7:00pm.

Thank you for the review. Actually we went by his house in the dark and had to turn around. Time starts when Santa walks up the steps and on to the porch of the doorway not when he sits in the chair. Anything including bag prep with presents is on the clock. Although usually ok, occasionally, Santa will slip up because of the book layout style or a lock of hair messes up vision. Many lengthening suggestions were offered, more singing, more photos, a full group shot, but none taken. When they are happy with the visit we are happy too. The time amount is up to and not mandatory. It is the customer's call not the Elf who monitors so no overtime costs are due.

I feel that she was fair in her feedback. Turn out for this event was much lighter than most of this nature. I feel she would have felt better satisfaction had more showed up as cost per person would have balanced out better. She worked very hard to put this together and even used radio ads. We do our events as best that we can, and over the 40 + years of being in business, many/ most are very pleased with us.

I talked with him several times before the event. And he called a few times. Told him the time repeatedly and he wasn’t even near us. So I had to cancel him when we had 15 minutes left and he still wasn’t here

We are so very sorry that we were unable to fulfill our obligations. As was explained to her, we followed directions on my elf's phone until it locked up. In trying to get working, time was lost. (Phone is now useless) We then switched to a different phone. This one sent us to a wrong address and time again was lost. She was notified each time with option to cancel. Since this was only an hour event they had to cancel. We have apologized profusely to this lady and while she understood what happened, we do not blame her for her review. Santa does not like to disappoint. We have completed a great many successful events in our 41 years that are a solid 5 stars.
