This is quite a bartending service I dream of. I had an awful experience with another bartending service company before, so I ensured I got the best man for our wedding. It was a smooth transaction overall, from booking here to the end of the event. Every staff left a fantastic remark. To the staff who processed the quote, thank you for the timely response and for giving updates about changes (availability of liquor). To the server, thank you for being nice and friendly to our guests. And to the bartender, I am most grateful. Thank you for your talent and hard work. I couldn't be happier with the outcome of only weeks of planning. Excellent!

The staff are very determined to help me with my concerns. They organized the cocktail menu, the bar, ice and serving glasses. They are very skilled in selection and creation of cocktails. WE are very satisfied, taste-wise and presentation. I also appreciate their initiative to communicate. Highly recommended customer service!

It was a fabulous service. From the booking process to the actual event, they kept me posted. They called, texted, and emailed everything I needed to know heading on the day of the wedding. The bartender that was assigned to our reception was nothing but excellent. The guests were delighted by the drinks he served. Overall, it was a marvelous experience!

I loved the mini bar they had set up at our wedding reception. It was very elegant looking and organized. We got one graceful bartender as well. Everything was all settled a week before our wedding and OTD, everything ran smoothly. We are very much thankful for the great cooperation and coordination of the team. We highly recommend Barspirit!

Service is great! Friendly and very understanding staff. I remembered asking for help about something that was beyond of their offered services but they did not think twice and came through. Our guests enjoyed the drinks very much. Their presence is a must in your weddings or any other events! Two thumbs up!!

We have the finest selection of drinks - that's the best memory I have of their service! Also, I so appreciate their effort of matching the decoration of the bar with our wedding theme! Very very lovely! We had a little miscommunication at first but everything was resolved in time. I'd love to see them again on our future events!

It was a good experience. I would like to mention their punctuality and expertise in beverages. The bartender managed to arrive according to the agreed ETA. And his expertise in liquors helped us a lot in conceptualizing the menu.

The team is very reliable. A staff helped me organize the drinks menu. Aside from alcoholic beverages, there were great recommendations for non-alcoholic drinkers too. The bartender remained calm and friendly despite hostile approach of some attendees. The event was a success! Thank you and I will definitely get you again soon!

Thank you for adding fun to my parents' 50th wedding anniversary! The party was a lot to manage, but your help and effort in small things had a huge impact. Here are some of my observations of their service during the party. The bar was placed in an area accessible to the guests. It was maintained and organized and the drinks were refilled fast. And the guests made friends with the charming bartender. He is very friendly and polite. I would say this is a very great deal to have. I recommend it!

We just got married! We hired Barspirit to mix and serve drinks for us and our guests. The bartender that we got was skillful and entertaining. The guests loved her vibe. I could never ask any other to do it for us but them. Professionalism on time and service is remarkable! We highly recommend them and we will use them again in the future!

I'm sorry for this late review. I got swamped with Christmas celebrations on the weekend. Anyway, my birthday party was a blast! We enjoyed their service very much! I got Linda as our bartender and Greg as our server. My friends loved the whole menu of cocktails: daiquiris, martinis, and cosmos, the best! And Greg was ever-friendly and knew how to get along well with the guests. The price was worth it. It was a very satisfying and recommended service. In terms of communication, I was able to reach them via email. It was hard contacting them at first. Everything was set straight quickly after I received the drinks quotation and confirmed the booking. Orderly indeed!

Serena and I worked out the specialty cocktails ahead of time and she gave me a list of all I would need. The event went off without a hitch and the crowd couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. Would definitely bring them back for another event.

We were so delighted of their service!! They set up the bar in the perfect spot - easy access for the guests and very conspicuous. Brennan, the bartender, did his job so well! The booking was simple and the transaction went smooth. No further communication was required because everything was laid out to us at first call. The price was right and we got everything (beyond what we expected actually) of what we paid for. They are worthy of commendation - two thumbs up!

We had a pleasant experience with the bartending team. They absolutely showed professionalism in the way they communicate. They are truthful and helpful in every answer they provide. I think that helps a lot in the preparation because everything is transparent especially when it comes to the areas they lack (example tools/equipment/condiments) during the event. Yes, they accommodated all of our special favors. Ultimately, they took care some of the guests' special requests. The bartender is a good mixer.The mixed drinks come out tasty and are nicely presented. It ain't a surprise they receive a lot of positive reviews because they are truly worth it to be recommend!

We've received a flawless customer service from them, no issues at all! They are a great save in money, time and stress! The person I talked to when booking, sorry I forgot his name, was the most helpful ONE. He processed it on time, captured all small details of my requests and made sure that the bartender will show up on the day of the event! And she absolutely did and made everyone drunk LOL! Our bartender is Linda a total rockstar! Look for her when you book ????

Based on my recent experience with them, I could say that this team's asset is their communication. The booking process is straightforward - no hassle and no mess. II was contacted by the bartender a day before the event. He asked if was there anything I'd like to add or request. That was so professional. On the day of the event, he arrived early to set up the bar. It was up half an hour ahead of the event. The mixes were excellent. Margarita and mojito was the most requested. Overall, it was a great openbar experience.

It was a pleasant experience with Barspirit! Straight 5 stars for being professional, accommodating, highly skilled and for the nicest customer service ever! The bartender was obviously great at what she's doing. She knows how to communicate with the guests and was fast to prepare the requested drinks. While the staff who processed my booking was such a genius! She helped me with the theme cocktails. It was not a perfect bartending service but an excellent one and is definitely worth it to be on the list of my reco's!

Our event turned out perfectly. Everything came together in the end and was fabulous. We LOVED the bartender. She was fabulous! The reason for the lower ratings was that my communication with the company before my event was confused, disjointed, time consuming and not the tops from a professionalism standpoint. It took hours of my time going back and forth in email and I wasn’t sure it was going to work out until 30 minutes before my event and that was very stressful. They did not want to have a phone conversation and details were sketchy. I didn’t know who was coming, when supplies were getting delivered until right before my event.

The guests were able to enjoy the party because of the excellent service from the Barspirit. As the party host, I intensely felt how professional these boys are. They arrived on time and acted toward everyone with care and respect. They are a top performer in accommodating every kind of requests before and during the event. I asked them to bring an extra table and they did without a question. Serena, the bartender, was impressive! Who could do Manhattan, Mimosa and Margarita with perfect taste the whole 4hr event night?! Hands down for a job very well done!! You better hire the Barspirit if you wish to have a peace of mind during your event (it's rare nowadays!)

My overall experience with this team is exceptional! The bartender delivered the service well (everyone loved the drinks!!). The customer service is incredibly professional ; on-time and respectful! I requested a callback and they did in just a few minutes. Since the event was for corporate employees, I asked for a liquor recommendation. They are very knowledgeable and reliable in this area. Mimosa, French 75, and Cosmo were well-loved by the attendees! I will definitely hire this team again and will recommend to co-event planners within LA! Cheers to more success!
