Big Star was great. Josh (owner) was incredibly professional, responsive and easy to work with. His team Sebastian (bartender) and Alex (helper) were professional, easy going, incredibly competent and overall a general pleasure to work with and have at our party. A huge thank you to BIG STAR for their service. I will definitely be calling on them again.

Josh was responsive and clear through planning and made everything stress free and easy to follow for my first time hiring a bartender! When the night came, he was timely, friendly, & lots of fun! Everyone in my family, friend group, and even coworkers enjoyed his service and all of the drinks he made. He let us customize a menu with specific cocktails that were special to the occasion. Thank you so much Josh, we would definitely book again & highly recommend!

Great job organizing and helping set up the bar. Any questions i had regarding what type of alcohol and how much alcohol i should get was communicated very well by management. Ross was a great bartender and made sure i had a drink in my hand throughout the night :). I planned this party 3 days prior and i had my doubts i could get the bar situation rectified. But Josh really tried his best to expediate everything and everything worked out great I 100% would recommend Big Star Hospitality.

Josh was great! Cocktails were delicious! Everyone kept raving about each drink they were handed! Very happy with everything. Josh was professional and courteous and kept me updated on everything. Highly recommend Big Star Hospitality!

The bar setup he brings is so impressive and high quality -- we went for the top-tier bar and regret nothing. Joshua is an extremely professional, timely, and outstanding bartender! From start to finish we knew we were in great hands with Big Star Hospitality who was able to provide everything we needed for our corporate event. From the right beverages to the bar and all of the fixings, we were very pleased to work with this vendor and will definitely be calling again when we're back in NYC!

Big Star Hospitality did an amazing job. Josh helped pick some speciality cocktails to serve and provided a grocery list for everything that was needed. Ingrid and Paula were the bartenders. The party was a huge hit and we wound up going late into the evening and the bartenders had no problem staying until the end. They helped to make the party a memorable one. I definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Big Star really did an exceptional job with our wedding. They were apart of our family because thats how they made us feel . Warm and genuine and the drinks were strong as hell . We did not have to give them any direction.They were quick, patient , hard working and a joy to have. My guest were blown away by their service. We are looking forward to have them attend another event. My guest even are asking for their information days later. Big Star also were very clean and respectful with cleaningness and my guest felt as though they followed proper covid protocols. Consider their services at your next event you will not regret it.
