We loved having creme de la creme serve our event! The only thing was that we told the bartenders that we would accommodate their tips and that we preferred didn't have a tip jar out. However halfway through our event we noticed that they had put a tip jar out. When we asked them to put it away, they told us that management had not told us that we would be paying them the tip at the end of the night (which we did anyway). In addition, they were 30 minutes late getting there and so they started the open bar a bit later than expected. Other than that they were great!

Hi there Mrs. Dzuira! Thanks so much for having us at your special event. We would like to point out that we do strive our best to arrive 1 to 1.5 hours early for each event. Our Bartenders arrived at 6pm and your event began at 7pm. Also we proceed with the utmost care when it comes to our clients's special requests and needs. We do apologize if there was confusion about the tip situation , however there were no emails or receipt of communication stating that you did not wish to have a tip jar out. We most definitely follow all requests and direction from our clients. Thanks for your feedback !

Our bartender was excellent. Our only issue was that the bartender was given the incorrect address so did not arrive until 10 minutes before the start of our event. Fortunately, the bartender had my cell number and after three calls, we were able to guide her to the event. I was very impressed with how quickly she sat up and got the bar open. Down side was having to have the groom and other guests assist in carrying things when they should have been enjoying themselves.

The bartender was a nice young lady and did her job well. She arrived late but stayed late to make up for the time. I would suggest professional attire be required for all events.

For a casual birthday party with 10 guests we felt that our casual uniform was appropriate, but we do apologize if it wasn't up to your standards. Thanks so much for choosing Creme de la Creme !

Was extremely satisfied with the service and response when getting ready for my 50th birthday and retirement party. My Guest list increased from 75 to 115, I contact the company and they were very supportive and additive in suggesting and increase helper to ensure faster service at the party. They even sought me out to ensure I had an opportunity to taste my speciality drinks. Great service, would definitely seek them out for my next event.

Our Drink master was fabulous!! She was great with our guests, and the drinks were always filled. She would come by to make sure all guests were happy and even cleaned up plates and cups. I can't wait to have her back for my next party!!! Great job!!!
