I'm Carlos, and I've been a bartender and mixologist for 15 years. As a veteran of the New York bar scene, I honed my mixology skills at various haunts and locales in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Featured in Food & Wine magazine, Letters and Liquor, and BreakThruRadioTV, among others, I am partial to mezcal, botanical ingredients, and Caribbean flavors. I have since expanded my own business and offer elevated wood-fired and BBQ menus, private events, bartending classes, and venue takeovers.
I provide all bartending tools, can recommend quantities for your shopping list, and often come stocked with my own brand of mixers, bitters, and syrups. When you contract with me, you can rest easy — from set up to breakdown, I keep lines of communication open, am easy-going, and know what it takes to run a solid bar.
My quotes will depend on the location of the event, duration, whether you want simple service or more elaborate cocktails, and if you require more than one bartender. I'm also able to provide teams that I have worked with extensively and trust to support your event.
