Didn't even show up. How can you count on a service like this. Were aggressive on receiving payments prior, but still haven't refunded what we paid them 1 week later. This is fraudulent behavior in my opinion.

The overall experience was below poor. First, they demanded 50% "up front' which I was fulish enough to pay and then they never showed up, never called, simply abanded th event. This not only reflects poorly on the the Bartending Babes, but the Bash.

Renee did a wonderful job. Our original crown of an expected 60 turned into 90 RSVP's. She took everything in stride and was able to accomodate everyhone's requests. We would not hessitate to use her again. Setup, operation and cleanup were all perfect.

Deshawn and Charles both did an excellent job with our party. They interacted well with all of the guests, made good drinks and most importantly left the kitchen in great shape after the party. We'll definitely hire the Bartending Babes again.

Very professional and most importantly, very easy to coordinate with online or via email. Showed up on time, set up beautifully and took care of guests without any need of my very precious time while I was busy entertaining guests. I would highly reccomend this service.

Overall, was satisfied with the service provided by the management end; however, suggest that vendor issue invoices and contracts entirely through the Gigmaster platform when it is the booking medium, as an invoice was sent via Paypal, which caused some confusion during the mad rush that was the Event Date for payment. That being said, emails with questions and requests for paperwork were always answered promptly. Service wise, our bartender Dustin did great; impressing a few happy children with virgin cocktails, which indicates to me that as he took the care to not fob off kids with just juice or soda, that he also took care with the alcoholic drinks he served.

Our bartender was very professional and punctual. Margaritas being our pushing beverage, we were disappointed that none of the limes or lemons were used. The tray with extra condiments... like olives etc..were also left mostly untouched. A newer margarita machine with three mixers in one was a mystery for this bartender....a bit disappointed but her underlying ability and need to provide requested drinks was accomplished

Bartender babes was booked for my wedding. They were on time and prompt. I booked two bartenders. They knew their drinks and was ready to make any cocktail with my provided alcohol and mixes. My guests were happy. They were given option to have a tip jar. By the look of the tips, I'm sure they did a great job.

The day of my event was very rainy so a little tardiness was expected. My event was due to start at 8, i received a text at 602 that the original scheduled bar tender called in sick and that they would send someone else. At this point i said okay no worries, theres still time and we will be okay. at 712 i get a text stating that the back up bartender was having car trouble and they would not be able to send a replacement. 45 minutes before my event is to start i get a text message. Not professional at all. Our bartender arrives late-- but was expected. She did not have any equipment which i agreed to after i was notified.

Unfortunately, The Bartending Babes never showed up! They were supposed to arrive at 4:00 pm for the cocktail hour. I called them at 4:20 asking when they were going to arrive? I was told they would check and call me back. After waiting 10 minutes, I called back and was told, they didn't know what happened but the person on the phone would come instead and it would take another 30 mins. At 8:12 pm I received a text saying I came by but went to the wrong wedding. Why didn't she call once she in the area? Although they will get a refund, I would not recommend this vendor because I would not be confident they would show up.

We provide a very professional service. One of our staff had a death in the family and was not able to attend the event. We did try to send a replacement who did show up to the wrong venue. We provided your company with our insurance for your event which should account for us being accommodating. Overall we had five events through out the Bay area on Saturday which does reflects we provide a excellent service. Our reviews are great as well and we do not have a reputation of no shows. We will gladly refund your money for this event and wish you well with your future endeavors with your wedding planning!
