Yasmine's talents go beyond Bellydance, she's a multi talented force, who specializes in Polynesian cultural dances, including Hula Auana and Tahitian Otea and Aparima. These beautiful dances will take you through a tropical paradise wonder of enchanting music and culture from the South Pacific Islands. 

YASMINE SPECIALIZES IN WEDDINGS, MOROCCAN THEMED PARTIES, LUAUS, FUND-RAISERS AND BIRTHDAYS. 

As the sole-proprietor of her Entertainment Company, she's been helping her clients find the perfect performer for their special day, whether arranging a solo act or a group of variety performers. This includes her own performances and those of her company performers. 

Her extensive dance training began at age 5. Among many styles, trained in Ballet, Jazz Tap, Polynesian dances, Samba, Flamenco, Tango, Bollywood. She fell in love with middle-eastern dance at a young age and has enjoyed being one of New York's highly sought out bellydancers ever since. 
 
The standard bellydance routine is approximately 20-30 min. in duration. Props are usually a part of the show, which consist of 2-3 of the following:

    * Veil

    * Fan Veils
    * LED Wings
    * LED Poi
    * LED Staff
    * LED Fan Veils
    * Zills
    * Candles Tray
    * Sword

Polynesian show includes Hula and Tahitian dances. Authentic costuming and the use of traditional props are just part of the beauty of these styles of dance. Bring the warmth of Aloha into your next event and you'll feel like you took an Island vacation, without ever leaving your home town. 
 
In 2001 she performed for Jon Bon Jovi at his estate, and in New Year's Eve 2007 she was invited to perform at WyClef Jean's festivities.  In the summer of 2010, she was asked to perform for Prince Moulay Rachid of Morocco.  As a company member of the M.E.D.E., she was cast in the 1995 Walt Disney production, of the XXIX super bowl half time show, starring Patti La Belle, Tony Bennett and The Miami Sound Machine. 
 
Yasmine is featured in the movie Sex and the City 2.  She is featured in the extended trailer as well. 

She has been cast to appear in several Theatrical shows: 2008/ZODIAC BELLYDANCE at Merce Cunningham (NYC),
2009/VINTAGE BELLYDANCE at Dance Forum (NYC) and BELLYDANCE LIVE FROM NEW YORK at The Poet's Den (NYC), 
2010/THE ZOO at Merce Cunningham (NYC) and THEATRICAL BELLYDANCE at Dance New Amsterdam (NYC).
 
Specialty acts which include the following:

    * Hawaiian Hula and Tahitian Dance  
    * Snake bellydancers
    * Traditional  Egyptian Group show (3-5   dancers)
    * Burlesque dancers

She was an absolute blast to the party. It was a surprise 40th birthday party for my wife and  Yasmine got everyone up and dancing. As soon as she pulled my wife to the dance floor, it's like the wife became a different person the rest of the night. She definitely let loose after that and had a very memorable evening. 3 days after the party now, and Yasmine (Belly Dancer) is still what everyone is mostly talking about.... Definitely a must have.
Yasmine, if you read this, thank you again for everything. The night was absolutely perfect and I'm gald I have it all recorded so we can enjoy the whole thing again for years to come.
