Rob was absolutely outstanding as Ben Franklin at our 40th anniversary celebration which we held in a historic tavern that Ben Franklin actually visited. Rob was incredibly authentic, engaging, and entertaining. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about him. Rob didn’t just perform—he truly became Ben Franklin, mingling effortlessly with everyone and making each guest feel part of the experience. Rob had a thorough knowledge of Dr. Franklin, and even stayed longer than contracted in character as he was enjoying himself so much. Rob as Dr. Franklin made our American revolutionary-themed celebration truly unforgettable, and we highly recommend him for any event!

Robert, or should I call him Ben Franklin, was a true professional that knows how to please his audience with facts, humor and great information for our tavern talk. Our guests loved it and were really surprised by the experience. So overall very worth it - the couple didn't really get to see him or interact with him much which kind of sucked and a part of our reception that was going to highlight him in a fun way was skipped so we didn't see him much, but guests who interacted with him during the cocktail hour loved it and thought it was very fun. I'd definitely recommend for history/philly events!

I was interacting with everyone and had a great time. I met and sat hello to the couple. They were very busy speaking to the guests and wanted to know if they wanted a photo with me. I did not see any photographer to ask. I was told from the wedding planner that when the salads were served that my time was up. It was 1.5 hours.

Rob (Ben) was outstanding! He was knowledgeable, professional, and flexible (when a speaker accidentally introduced the wrong speaker). This meant that Rob had to wait an additional half an hour before he spoke. He was so kind to roll with the error and stayed the extra time to accommodate the mistake.

Ben officiated our wedding and was very easy to work with. He was open to saying whatever I wished and allowed me to write his "script" for our ceremony. All of my guests loved interacting with him and said he was very fun to talk to. He even stuck around after the ceremony and mingled with everyone through out the reception. It really gave our wedding a fun and cute twist that fit perfectly within our Philadelphia theme. Would highly recommend!

This is not your average tour. We were taken through the city and introduced to so many wonderful places and people, most of which are left off the usual tours. If you are looking for a charismatic Ben Franklin to teach you about the history of Philadelphia and the USofA...look no further.
