Born from a love of bluegrass, the Boston Bluegrass Collective is made up of members from some of the most exciting bluegrass bands in the US. Evan Murphy and BB Bowness from Mile Twelve alongside Alex Rubin from April Verch band head up this ensemble of super pickers. Mile Twelve won the International Bluegrass Music Association's New Artist of the Year in 2020. Toured Japan, Australia, New Zealand, France, Ireland, U.K and Canada and released 3 full length studio albums and two EP's. BB Bowness won the 2020 Steve Martin Banjo Award and has taught and performed at many camps across the U.S. Together, their love of the music is evident in every performance and their foot stomping, hand clapping bluegrass music makes the perfect atmosphere for your special event.
