Jim & Valerie Gabehart Bluegrass Band from Lebanon, TN

Jim & Valerie Gabehart are one of the best and most recognizable duos in Bluegrass Music. Recognized in national publications, and recipients of countless awards and accolades, they have appeared at events and venues of every size, from nightclubs to concert stages before thousands, weddings, business functions, fairs and festivals across the eastern United States and Canada. Jim is a 5-time West Virginia State Banjo Champion, in addition to winning dozens of other competitions, and has appeared on stage with such artists as Ricky Skaggs and The Whites, Ray Charles, John Hartford, and bluegrass pioneers like Mac Wiseman, Larry Sparks, Jimmy Martin, The Bluegrass Cardinals, The Lost & Found, and many others. The pre-eminent bluegrass publication, Bluegrass Unlimited Magazine, featured Jim & Valerie in its July 2014 issue, and in a prior issue referred to Valerie as "a gutty, dynamic singer" with "major league talent". Depending on the event or venue, Jim and Valerie appear as a duo, or in trio or full group configurations with some of Nashville's best musicians. They can tailor a performance to fit any event or budget.
