Kevin Atkins Bluegrass Band from Pinson, AL

Kevin Atkins has been a performing bluegrass, Americana, and vintage country musician for more than fifty years, playing festivals, private parties, weddings, clubs, and every other imaginable sort of venue. He sings and plays guitar, banjo, and mandolin, and can provide everything from a solo act to a full band performance with his bluegrass group, Cottonmouth Creek. Duo and trio performances are also available. His set lists can be altered to accommodate many musical genres and tastes... from traditional bluegrass to newgrass-jamgrass; Americana favorites by the likes of Jason Isbell, Tyler Childers, and the Zach Bryan; or vintage Country tunes by artists like Hank Williams, Merle Haggard, and George Jones. An additional specialty is doing bluegrass adaptations of classic rock songs by the likes of Cream, The Moody Blues, and Emerson Lake & Palmer. For wedding receptions, he is also adept at learning new requested songs for the occasion. Just tell him what you want, and he'll make it happen!
