Amy was just fantastic! She came prepared and never stopped working the whole time. Her art was so funny. Everyone loved it! Would highly recommend! This is the perfect thing for a wedding reception and Big Time Design is the best!!

On a scale from 1-5... I give Event Entertainment By Big Time Design Co. a 10+!!! The caricature artist was a huge hit! I received several compliments about the service and the creativity. They allowed me to skip the line and my husband and I got up to greet several guest and the artist just continued on her way... AMAZING artwork. Any time I had a question Matt emailed me promptly. We hired a caricature artist for my daughter's wedding reception's cocktail hour and it was a big hit. I only wish I had booked him longer because by the time everyone started seeing his work they wanted a picture done and there wasn't enough time. I am very satisfied.

Steve and Dan were great. They were the hit of our gathering! The only thing, is that I feel badly because I offered them food and drinks at the very beginning of the celebration (they declined), but got busy and didn't offer again! I emailed Matt numerous times, and his patience and professionalism with me as I asked my many questions, was awesome. We will definitely recommend this company to others in the future, and if we have the opportunity, we will definitely utilize them again! Thanks!

Big Time Design were great they arrived on timed and set up immediatiely and started drawing faces and tatooting the kids and adults. Both guys were friendly and greeted everyone with a smile. I will defintely refer them to my friends.

This was a GREAT experience for not only me but my guests really enjoyed it. It was a nice "keepsake" from my daughter's 1st birthday that they can enjoy years to come! Steve was on time, professional, participated in the singing of Happy Birthday, and my guests thought he was polite and he is definitely talented. Thanks again STEVE for a job WELL DONE!!!

Although they were able to meet the needs of keeping with our theme, the caricaturist (who was suppose to arrive 10 minutes before the party to set up) showed up 20 minutes after the party started...causing him to get set up while guests were already there and to overlap with the other entertainment that was scheduled after him.

Hi Katie, Thank you for choosing us for your recent event. I was sorry to see low scores on a few categories that we normally receive very high marks from our clients. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and I wish we could have exceeded your expectations. I do apologize for the artist arriving 15 minutes late. That is our fault for not estimating enough additional travel time in the heavy rain and accounting for traffic and accidents that day. I was, however, happy to hear that everyone had a chance to take home a caricature and were very pleased with the talent of the artist. It's difficult to make everyone happy 100% of the time, but we do try.

The artist was on time and super friendly. All the guests got a kick out of the drawings. We enjoyed the party more because of him. I would most definitely recommend!

Once the artist arrived, she did a great job of capturing the guests, and everyone loved the caricatures. However, the company got the arrival time mixed up despite our request to arrive early, and the artist was 45 minutes late. She also told us no when we asked her to do a couple more drawings before she left. Not very professional.

Hi Sheila, Thanks for booking with us and the kind words. I'm always happy to hear that our caricatures were a big hit! Again, I am sorry that our artist started drawing 15 minutes after the original booking time. Unfortunately, Gigmasters does not have message tab on the control panel and your conversation to move up the time 30 minutes was buried due to the volume of correspondence I receive. It's my fault I did not contact Gigmasters to adjust and my calendar reflected the original agreed-upon time. Please accept my sincerest apologies. Amy passed along that she stayed a little past the 2 hours you booked and accommodated everyone in line. Thanks
