Joni was wonderful with my 9 year daughter and her 10 friends! Her work was fantastic and every girl loved their pictures - it was a great suvinior for each of may daughters friends to take home! Joni was great and I would love to have her at another event.

Joni was very professional and talented! She was easy to work with and very accommodating. Our guests loved her and they were all showing off their caricatures from her. She always had people in line but she kept it moving.

Joni is a very talented caricaturist. While she wasn't quite as fast as advertised (she took about 8-10 min per drawing) - the tradeoff came with quality, which was outstanding. The drawings were quite frankly very impressive and she had a line out the door with people wanting to get caricaturized. She stayed an extra 20 minutes to accomodate a few people that were in still in line when her contracted time was up. Overall very pleased with her abilities and professionalism - highly recommend.

Joni had an event prior to my daughter's wedding reception. Unfortunately for us, Joni wasn't fresh and was tired. Understandable but when I hired her she was comfortable with doing two events back to back. We also had a lack of communication and misunderstanding, which I am partially to blame for. I can only rate her on my experience and not what she would be like if she didn't do an event prior to mine. She didn't interact with my guests and it was obvious that she was tired and wanted to leave. On a positive note, everyone enjoyed their caricature drawings and her talent of drawing with 2 hands was greatly enjoyed.

The client asked me to stay longer than the contracted time without mentioning pay first. I was tired after drawing for her for 3 hours but thought better of it and stayed to draw two more couples without the expectation of pay in order to be accommodating. She did pay me extra after which was very nice. In the future I will confer with the client about pay before I stay over which I usually do. I admit I was tired as this was my second gig of the day. I feel like I was engaging until those last 2 drawings which were originally requested without pay. It is true, we both could have communicated better.
