Leo’z Art was absolutely amazing! The caricature drawings were a big hit at our baby shower, and everyone went home with a keepsake. Leo was an absolute highlight of our event! Our guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed the experience and being able to go away with their portrait. Artist arrived about 15 after the party started and was unable to provide photos in enough likeness to ensure that the recipient would connect with the photo. She was not able to draw matching facial features, hair or expressions of my guests. The end result was just random looking photos that might have matched your glasses, shirt or necklace. I wish that I requested a portfolio and verified that the artist was able to make a likeness connection with the person on paper.

Hi Laura. I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied. All guests loved their caricatures and I heard only a good feedback from everybody. But of course art is subjective and maybe you had different expectations. Caricatures are not portraits, but we try to draw as realistic as possible, but with a cartoony flair. I was 5-10 min late due to not finding the place right away, but I stayed 15 min later to make sure that everybody who was waiting for a drawing had a chance to get it. I assure you that the guests had fun getting drawn and were very happy with their drawings. Thank you for having us.

Leo’s Artz was great!! Every step of the way they were great to work with! Communication was on point and the artwork they provided was amazing! This was a great addition to my event and I will definitely be using Leo’s Artz again! Leo showed up to the venue on time and ready to go! He had so much patient with all the guest and even stayed past his time to make sure the guest of honor did not leave without getting a drawing done! That is great customer service right there! Leo requested payment in full one week prior to the event, when the contract said payment in full on the day of the event. Then he showed up an hour late to the event, not responding to released phone calls or emails as to his whereabouts. And when he finally answered 30 minutes after the event was already in progress, he could not give a firm ETA and never apologizing for being late or offering to stay late or a refund. His art was adequate, but I would not recommend using his services because he is very unreliable. The Bash should make it right by refunding an hours’ worth of his services.
