Steve Hartley Caricaturist from Lake Stevens, WA

I've been a caricature artist for 33 yrs. I draw 55-60 caricatures per hr. sustained. Any good caricature artist must be an entertainer too, so my job is to keep the atmosphere funny and light. I love my work and want to share it with as many people as I can. Since Speed is important to me when caricaturing, I have endeavored to see how fast I can go in an allotted time. Over the last ten years or so I have done one hour speed trails to set a record for most caricatures in one hour. In my first attempt I drew 113 people, in my second and third tries 129 and finally in my last attempt 133 (WHEW!!) Try as I might Guinness has refused to except my attempts but either way I am the unofficial worlds fastest caricaturist. Any function where people need and want entertainment is where I want to be. Caricatures can be a great addition to any party, corporate event or wedding reception. My setup is simple and doesn't need a lot of space so location isn't a problem.
