"Alexandra & Ensembles" were the perfect addition to our wedding day. They were professional, yet easy to communicate with. We hired Alexandra (cello) and her partner (guitar) to play during our cocktail hour. They played the exact music we requested (modern pop music) with little to no additional instruction necessary.

Alexandra & Ensembles performed for our ceremony & cocktail hour and it was by far the BEST part of our wedding. Alexandra was so easy to work with. We got so many compliments on the ceremony music from all of our guests.

Alexandra was overly accommodating for our wedding in Central Park. Her partner was an excellent recommendation from Alexandra as it was suggested our music would sound better with two musicians. Very professional - even meeting with me two days before the ceremony trekking into the city from Brooklyn just to appease my anxieties (of course i compensated her time). Her selections mixed with ours made the rain on this occasion seem fitting and moot as everyone (including onlookers) were impressed. Thank you Alexandra for a wonderful and elegant service!

Alexandra is a lovely person to work with and a wonderful performer. She was prompt, courteous, professional and, most importantly, played beautifully. Everyone commented on how special it was to have her at our event, a formal tea in honor of my cousin's 50th birthday, and my cousin was particularly thrilled. Alexandra's music added warmth, depth and elegance to the occasion.

Alexandra played for my wedding ceremony and she did an excellent job. Many of my guests commented to me on how beautiful her playing was. She was super easy to work/communicate with, always wrote back to my emails right away. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a solo cellist!

We requested a cello/guitar duo for the ceremony and Alexandra really came through! The music she created was just stunning and she really captured the elegant feel that we were going for during the our wedding ceremony. She was exceptionally accommodating especially when we had to extend the time she was hired for due to a shuttle delay. Without hesitation, she did not charge the extra overtime fee. I would easily recommend her to any bride and groom looking for a live cellist to really make the wedding ceremony that much more special. Thank you Alexandra, you really came through!

A lovely, accommodating group of musicians! We had to change our start time twice and they were able to take care of it both times. Their beautiful music brought a note of holiday cheer to our tense and stressed out office!

Alexandra was so accommodating. We had a cello and guitar ensemble. Although i didn’t get to hear them play during seating, my guests loved them. They offer a large selection of music for seating, ceremony and for the cocktail hour. Highly recommended!

Alexandra & Ensembles were simply perfect. Could not have been happier. Lovely, sounded beautiful. Our venue turned out to be somewhat difficult to get to - roads blocked for a street fair - the musicians were there before expected. Everyone complimented us on the selection of music.
