Nick was kind to come down to Cape Cod and play at my wedding. We had song requests for the ceremony [Good Feeling by the Violent Femmes and Forget Me Not by the Civil Wars], and Nick took them on with no problem, even suggested classical songs to play before and after the ceremony.
But to me the most important part was his flexibility. He began playing 15 minutes before the ceremony began and then it started to rain! While many guests took cover in our garage, Nick reestablished himself in our breezeway and continued playing until the shower petered off. THAT is professionalism!
I'd recommend Nick to anyone, as he was truly a great addition to our day!

I was about half way down the aisle when I realized that I hadn't yet looked toward my fiance. Instead, I was twisting my neck backward watching Nick's bow glide along the strings. The music was lovely. I was actually envious of my guests who got to listen to him longer. What a weird feeling to experience on "my day."
That said -- Nick worked with me extensively on selecting the songs to play during my wedding. He gave me a suggested song list, emailed me YouTube clips, and told me which songs would work best together. It was easy to get in touch with Nick, and he responded to every phone call and email. I would definitely recommend hiring him.

We felt extremely lucky to have found Nick. We had a 'wedding emergency'. Two days before my daughter's wedding, the person that we had arranged to play music as she walked down the isle fell through. I requested a quote from Gigmasters and Nick responded almost immediately. He was the ultimate professional. He called several members of the family to discuss the arrangements, made recommendations on music for the prelude, processional and postlude (which were wonderful), and also provided alternate suggestions. He sent links of music via email for us to listen to and approve, showed up on time and played like an angel.

Nick Dinnerstein is such a talented musician -- we are so thrilled that we had the opportunity to book him for our wedding. When I heard his brilliant playing as I (the bride) was getting ready to walk down the aisle -- it calmed and delighted me. And afterwards, the guests raved about his playing. He's an exceptionally talented cellist -- the real deal. We are now huge fans and look forward to purchasing a CD of his music when available. We are so grateful to have come across his profile through Gigmasters.

Nick was amazing! He met with me before the wedding to go over music and song choices. Nick was able to help me choose when I was unsure of what songs would work best throughout the ceremony. Nick played at our wedding and he was great! We decided we'd like live music pretty last minute, but he was super accommodating to my requests and I think he really added a very special touch to our day. I would certainly hire him again and would recommend him to anyone looking for beautiful music for their wedding/event.

Nick was the best choice we could have made for our wedding--accommodating, professional, responsive, and extremely talented. He had great suggestions for pieces to be played during our ceremony and was very easy to work with. His playing was simply superb! We had an outdoor wedding in a small Italian garden, and Nick's music complemented the space well and set a perfect mood for the ceremony.
