The Stringtown Trio was perfect for my mother in laws 90th birthday party! They knew the popular songs she requested and we all enjoyed listening, singing along and dancing to the Irish music!

This band was the perfect addition to my northern Michigan wedding at a winery & vineyard in Suttons Bay. I hired them to play for the entire duration of my wedding (pre-ceremony, aisle walk, recessional, cocktail hour & reception). They played exceptionally well & really cater to your every request & question. Robert was always courteous to answer my gazillion emails, even working with my sister to perform a country song during the reception. They are worth every penny! I am extremely happy I booked Stringtown Trio & not your typical mediocre DJ. Dancing with the groom to Can't Help Falling in Love was an unforgettable moment forever etched in my heart.

We had a medieval themed wedding. The experience would not have been complete without the band. They were wonderful. We should have kept them longer! Well worth the money. Highly recommend.

Stringtown Trio was an perfect addition to our wedding at Eastern Market in Detroit. Robert was always prompt with email responses and over-and-above accommodating on special requests for a few songs throughout the event. I was even able to sing a version of "Hallelujah" that I'd written during my ceremony, accompanied by the Stringtown Trio, and it was a moment I'll never forget. Robert coordinated by sending quick recordings back and forth over email and it worked out perfectly on the day of. The S.T. stayed through the beginning of our reception, where they played "Here Come the Irish," and led our guests through a rousing Jewish Hora. Can't recommend enough!

Incredibly accomodating, professional and TALENTED group. Good price and they learned all three songs we requested and played them wonderfully. I would book them again in a heart beat. I'm sad I only get one wedding to have them at!

The group was punctual, talented and a joy with which to work. Many guests shared with me how much they loved their music. We had a bit of challenge with potential rain, but the group was undaunted and did a very fine job. I strongly recommend them.

I loved having Robert and the band at our reception! We received so many compliments on the music and felt it fit my fiance (now husband) and my personality and taste and our venue perfectly. The musicians had great voices and were very talented on several different instruments. Robert was able to accommodate my special requests and managed to MC a bit as well though he felt unequal to the task: I thought he did a fantastic job! Thank you for making our wedding so memorable.
