Lily and Simon were amazing to work with. I was able to look over samples of their work in The Bash and their own website. We set up a consultation one month before our wedding to coordinate music choices and the logistics of the event. They made it very easy to not stress about the music and let things flow naturally and organically. Thanks you two!!

Truly masters of their craft and professionalism in business is of incredibly high standard. My recommendation is of the smallest proportion in relation to their delivery of artistic prowess and old world culture. Can not thank them enough and it meant the most to my Wife and I that they were successful in their delivery of such magic. I hired Lilly and Simon to play prelude and ceremony music for my wedding. They were great to work with: very detail-oriented, well-versed in a wide range of music, and incredibly easygoing and communicative. I wish we had hired them for the reception too (only regret there). To top it all off: they created a special arrangement of "Hanging By A Moment" specifically for us (we walked down the aisle to this) and sent us a recording of the ENTIRE song. You don't realize how swept up you are in the moment of getting married (literally hanging by a moment), so you may not remember every moment of your wedding...my husband and I are truly in awe of this gift. Hire them!

We hired Lily & Simon for our tiny wedding. I don't know where to begin. From the very beginning, several months ago when I started looking musicians, I began communicating with Lily. I had a million questions, concerns, odd requests and terrible "bridal brain". Lily walked me through the entire process and even made sure to coordinate start ques with the pastor etc. She made sure all my bases were covered which is greatly appreciated. Lily and Simon arrived early, set up, sound checked etc. They were so kind and professional. Everyone in attendance has been raving about them. I highly recommend them. They even learned Crockett's Theme as our exit song!

My wife and I just got married earlier this month and hired Lily to play harp for our ceremony and cocktail hour and she was truly amazing! Even before the wedding, working with her was great and she was proactively reaching out to us asking us questions and she even took special requests and played StarWars, Game of Thrones, and Harry Potter songs we wanted! As for the day of the wedding her talent and music was so beautiful! We had many guest come up to us after the wedding and tell us how great she sounded! Overall, with Lily you are getting someone who is a true professional and fantastic harpist!! Thank you so much Lily for making our day so special!

Lily and Simon were fantastic! They played at a celebration of life I arranged for a friend who died recently and it couldn't have been better. The selection of songs they offer is wide and impressive. We had plenty of tunes to choose from. Their performance was impeccable – absolutely heavenly! The combination of harp and cello is delightful. I will definitely be hiring them again for future events!

Lily was absolutely amazing! From the day we booked her for our wedding to the end of the wedding, she handled everything with professionalism and kindness. We were so indecisive in song selections but she never once made us feel rushed. She truly wanted the best for our wedding. Lily and Simon were amazing . They arrived early to set up, had a chance to meet them, they were so nice and professional. All the music coordinated ahead of time with the bride and groom . Ms. Lily and Mr. Simon exceeded all expectations regarding their performance, versatility, and overall talent. They catered their song list specifically to our needs. When planning our wedding, I knew that I wanted to have a cellist and harpist. My husband was initially a bit wary, but knew how much it would mean to me. We came across Simon and Lily of Strange Interlude on Gigmasters and we knew that we had to book them. From the very first email to the final moment we said goodbye, both Simon and Lily were professional, kind, and flexible with all of our different needs. Even when requesting a special song for our ceremony, they were more than happy and accommodating. They both added an elegant and serene element to our wedding.
