Nadya was AMAZING! She played several violin pieces at my wedding solo, and all the guests really enjoyed the ceremony. I would definitely hire her again!

Nadya Meykson played violin beautifully at our daughter's wedding this past Saturday. Nadya is a consummate professional: she arrived for the event ahead of time, was prepared, performed wonderfully, was polite, and cordial. We highly recommend Nadya. When comparing professionals in the same field & their resume, Spring Ensemble appeared to reign in this category, in the local area I looked up. I booked Spring Ensemble due to her impressive resume, she did cost more than some others, however I was looking for quaility 1st. When she came up to bat (to do what she was paid to do), it went downhill from there. Unfortunately Spring Ensemble played very loud. I don't expect any one player to play perfectly or without errors noticeably (she had errors), however between these errors & the sound, itwas just too darn loud, I can't recommend Spring Ensemble to anyone. Worked out well, I needed someone last minute and they came through for us. They came in for a wedding cocktail hour my company was providing entertainment for. They took musical direction from the client and coordinated well with our other musician

I am quite disappointed with the transition from the bridesmaid to my grand entrance. Everyone was standing for my entrance, we paused but there was no transition into my song. Halfway down the aisle she realized I was walking when the priest went over to her and told her ...and without transition she stopped the song and switched to my actual song with about 30 seconds of no music while I was still walking. The songs were beautiful but I wish there was more preparation and talk of timing, or arranged someone to cue her on my entrance. Nadya was able to assemble the songs that I wanted and the talent is there but there should have been more discussion about this.

I'm sorry to hear that Karol was not satisfied with my service. The wedding was not very well organized. The bride did not wait for her entrance song and started walking down the aisle with the bridal party. In the future I will try to be more clear with my clients.

Nadya was very professional throughout the planning of my event. She came prepared with the music for my requests and had obviously practiced playing those songs before the event so that it went off without a hitch. She also came with her own array of songs that made my evening special. I would strongly recommend Nadya to anyone who is looking for a professional performer who is prepared and can make any event better than expected.
