As a corporate event planner, its refreshing to work with talent that gets the importance of adding flavor to the event. Carlos was early, had a great sound and really played amazing background music. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat. Simply amazing talent and fun to work with.

Al contactar a Carlos Abanto por email siempre contesto a todas mis preguntas inmediatamente y con detalle. También contesto mis llamadas telefónicas. Su presentación y presencia fueron excelente, llego 40 minutos antes de su actuación y empezó su repertorio en el tiempo acordado. El volumen de su presentación fue apropiado para la reunión. Carlos Abanto was AMAZING and perfect for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour for our wedding. Our guests kept asking where we found such an amazing talent who was playing perfectly at every queue and made the ambiance of our event delightfully memorable. He's kind, professional, and I would absolutely recommend him for any event where you want to add some sophistication and warmth. He recommended Luis Bode for our DJ at the reception, and they worked together to make the transition absolutely seamless--musically divine in every way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Even my in laws were impressed! :)

We had a Brazilian theme for the evening and Carlos Abanto played both Brazilian and South American music professionally. He is avery friendly person and accommadated all our needs and requests regarding where he plays, how loud the music is etc.

We were extremely pleased that we hired Carlos for a party at our home. He arrived early, set up quickly, and was playing when our first guests arrived. Carlos et al did a great job with the ceremony. With very little direction during the planning stages of the wedding, the quartet was on right on queue and sounding great before and throughout the procession. Carlos also played the flamenco guitar solo during the social hour and provided the perfect background music for the setting. We strongly recommend his services.

Carlos performed at a small family celebration for my grandmother's 90th birthday. It was easy to communicate with Carlos leading up to the event. I suggested a few songs, and he knew them all. It all went very smoothly and professionally. We all enjoyed the show. I highly recommend Carlos.

Carlos is an extraordinarily talented guitarist! He worked with us to select the right music (Bach!) for our daughter's wedding ceremony (outdoors) at The Raleigh Hotel. And, he accommodated us by rehearsing at the last minute with my daughter's friend (a vocalist) who sang "If I Were A Carpenter" - and accompanied her beautifully. He makes one guitar sound like ten guitars, and has an extensive repertoire. A plus - he's a lovely man! You will want him to be a part of your event - be it a wedding, a cocktail party, or a family gathering. Everyone loved his performance!
