The Poulenc String Quartet (Trio) performed at our wedding ceremony and they were awesome! They made our day extra special. They are very talented and their music is absolutely beautiful. Venus Parker, the manager, was very professional and a delight to work with in selecting our music selection. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of a classical string quartet or trio to perform at their social event.

This client did not hired the Poulenc String Quartet, she only hired a Duo. It is unfortunate to know that she wanted the same amount of resonance and quality with only half of the group. We are all professional musicians who take pride on giving the best service, performance and respect that each individual client deserves.

The Poulenc String Quartet were outstanding! Venus Parker, the quartet's manager (and violinist) was wonderful to work with and easy to correspond with. On the day of the wedding, their professionalism and talent was obvious. They arrived early, well dressed (formal wear) and ready to play. Despite it being an outdoor wedding they played in the intense heat without a word of complaint. Their playing of the processional we had selected was so beautiful that it moved my wife and I (and several guests) to tears. My wife and I could not have asked for more and consider their fee money well spent. We would have no hesitation, whatsoever, in recommending them to anyone looking for a classical trio or quartet. The group showed up a little after 5:30 and were to be set up and begin playing at 6pm. It just made me a little nervous since the timeline was tight. But I really enjoyed working with Venus Parker. She was great!

The Poulenc String Quartet made every possible effort to work with us on our wedding song list. Their music was beautiful. They were very helpful and prompt in replying to questions and concerns. They were also very flexible - we had to change a few songs about a month before the wedding, and they complied without protest. All in all, they are a very professional and service-oriented group.
