Rona performs regularly in LA, hosting at the Hollywood Improv, standup at Flappers/Haha Club, headlined at Rock Gallery Palm Springs, and performs in NY, Chicago, and SF Bay Area. Rona's career background is in facilitating corporate retreats/meetings that were more fun than anyone expected. She has trained in standup comedy (Second City), improv (Leela Improv), clowning (Aitor Basauri), public speaking, hosting (Gold Comedy), as well as many personal growth workshops (Hoffman Institute, Vipassana meditation, etc.). She's gotten so good at using meditation apps that she can meditate at 2x speed.
