This is the second time I hire her for my party and she has been wonderful in both occasions. The children absolutely love her, she‘s great at capturing their attention and keeping them excited throughout her show. She did dancing, singing, puppet show, and other fun activities with them. She’s a great storyteller and I can see that she loves working with children. I highly recommend her for children event.

Their team was exceptional, They arrived early and was excited to get started! We loved the professionalism, the message in their songs, the way they interacted with the audience (and the birthday boy in particular), and their overall appeal. They finished the routine a few minutes shy of the allotted time so my only advice would be that they can slow things down just a tad bit (like adding a short pause in between puppet songs and taking advantage of those transitions). All in all, we will surely hire them again!

My child’s party was from 2-4pm....the clown was scheduled to arrive at 2:30. After not showing I gave a call around 3pm to check on the ETA, she scrambled around (clearly forgot all about my event) and said someone could be there in 20 min. Clown arrived 20 min before the party ended, and therefore I have to pay my venue for more time because I didn’t want most kids to feel like they couldn’t get their face painting. Then when the “clown” arrived, she didn’t look much like a clown at all. Had two red dots on her cheeks LOL, regular hair poinytail and a colorful skirt..... the “clown” was very nice and had potential though. what a disaster.

You can check every single from gigmaster and see that is not what we are about. Not one party has ever had a low rating Her party was not forgotten the clowns I phone got hot sitting on the table at the event before hers. And it turned off. She was in Potomac Mill area. She got in her car thinking she could charge it. It would not. I called her numerous times . After it cooled down I was able to reach her. I too had an event so I had no clue her phone was not working. I gave her $100 discount for the party and also offered a $50 discount towards any future event. I also texted the customer an apology explaining what happened to the clowns phone.

The staff definitely did a great job entertaining the kids at my sons birthday party.The magic show, face painting and character appearances were amazing. There was a slight issue with the moon bounce, it didn't show up until almost 2 hours into the party. This was only after I called to find our where it was. After which they did keep me updated and offered $50 off discount. Unfortunately, this led things to not start at the time we anticipated with 30 kids staring at us for an hour, we were definitely stressing. A staff member did joke about a tip afterwards, which was awkward with all the issues. All in all, they pulled it together and things went great.
