We wanted a santa that would not only smile and take photos but who would also dance and keep our crew entertained. Sassi's Santa was all we expected and more. He was a good sport and really added a special touch to our holiday party. I've never seen grown folk that excited to see Santa! It was the absolute best and he cut a pretty mean rug on the dance floor. Thank you Sassi!

With less than a week's notice, the talent I booked for our "Santa Breakfast" cancelled. I had an estimated 300 students, parents, and community members invited to attend, and suddenly - no Santa! When I reached out with my request - with very little time and a very small budget to work with - Sassi Entertainment was accommodating and helpful. I received a response within an hour, and spoke directly to an associate, which allowed me to discuss the specifics without having to wait for email replies. I received video samples of a few Santas, and was able to proceed with booking same-day. It was a real relieve and the event was a huge success. Thanks, Sassi!

Overall I expected the performances to be a bit more entertaining, wish they had prepared more games . It seemed as if they were not really prepared. Her energy level was not high compared to performers we had hired in the past. But she was pleasant to deal with.I think she was just having a bad day.

OMG! I spent a lot of time on the phone preparing for this event. I was asked to throw a costumed character in for free which I did. They didn't want to pay $25 extra for an assistant. At the last min I threw in my husband who is a full fledged clown, more than an assistant for free. We came a half hour early to start the face painting and didn't count that toward their time so I could leave on time for my next party which I explained to them. We did a half hour show and then at least 20 minutes of games per their request. I had an extra sound system with me for the games, so I don't see how that seems unprepared! They tipped too...

Saa Sis was a Great at tarot cards and palm reading, when it came to being funny she wasn't. She had a hard time getting the audience to laugh. We had discussed what she was going to do o roast my husband, but never quite said anything we talked about. Instead he did her own stand up act, which was not appropriate for my crowd. She talked about breast feeding and things that 45 and up people aren't interested in.

Oh this breaks my heart b/c this roast should have been amazing! Sheryl's friends and family wrote wonderful material on Steven. It was supposed to be a roast and toast with my material peppered in where relatable and this works well if done right. 3/4 through the psychic readings guests began leaving and we rushed into the roast. I had no time to transition or organize my notes and some of the Steven stuff flew out of my head and I went more heavily into my act then planned. Had I done some crowd work to bring the crowd together first and all the Steven stuff they would have gone with me all the way. It was unfortunate. They are a wonderful bunch!

Santa was an hour late . He however looked authentic & entertained parents & students .

They are very nice to work with, but unfortunately my clown got lost and was an hour late, he rushed through everything, and never played music, or games as we discussed. I should have received at least $50 bucks off my price. It was not exciting at all. He spent 15 minutes on magic show which the kids liked and 45 minutes making balloons for 10 kids, there was much time to kill where he could have done the music thing as we discussed, but because i was busy i couldn't have stayed with the clown the entire time and discuss anything with him.

Daniela signed a contract with our company with the address to the gig. She then gave the clown an incorrect different address when he called to double confirm. Daniela said the magic show was nice. The clown was prepared to do games but the other parents pressured him to make balloons first and then Daniela paid him so he assumed he was done. Of course she does not have to babysit the clown but she could have asked him to do games before volutarily paying him. As for wanting $50 back, she should have vocalized her concerns to the clown or called the office to complain before she paid in cash. Shocking! No indication of displeasure from client at job. Unfortunate she did not feel she could talk to me. I am not a scary clown! I would have done what I could to make her happy! Her kids were late and she asked to start later. I gave her an extra half hour for free at the end to attend to late comers. I told her I couldn't do more cause I was paying a garage a hefty fee by the hour. I had just upgraded to IPhone 7 and my music wasn't working so I had to borrow their IPad which made things a bit chaotic in the beginning, but I thought we recovered. Mom spoke only Spanish so establishing direct rapport was challenging, but event planner spoke English.

This Santa came to take photos for a Breakfast with Santa event at school. Santa was pleasant and arrived early. He needed to get dressed at my facility which was just ok, but the only place we had a mirror was the boys bathroom. It worked out but could have been bad if a boy entered. Also, Santa was having an issue with his belt. On the plus side, the kids LOVED him. He was very kind to each child who came to him, and there were about 45 sets of families he photographed with. This Santa spoke with the kids and asked what they wanted. It was more than I would have asked for. He really was a great Santa and I would have him come back again next year.

Glad they loved him! He has since purchased a really nice belt!
