Welcome to Say it With a Clown. My name is Inga. I am a kinder clown and singing telegram artist. I am available for Princess parties, crazy hair parties, birthday theme parties, private and corporate events. Stevenson University, Girl & Boy Scouts, Star of Bethlehem Ministries, Sheila Dixion (Politician), and a host of other corporations have used my service. I provide excellent friendly service. 

I have an all-inclusive package of face painting, balloon twisting, games, music, theme costumes, show, interactive play, dramatic play puppets, and photos. There are no hidden fees. I can tailor a package just for your convenience.

Singing telegram requests are welcome! They are the best way to get a message across. Choose between a Clown, Pink Gorilla, Zombie, Female Boxer, Vintage Waitress, Princess, Little Red Riding Hood, Queen, Cinderella, Elsa, Cupid Clown, Betty Boop, and Flight Attendant. Special requests are welcome. We have a special Marilyn Monroe singing telegram for special occasions. Marilyn Monroe can come in a variety of outfits and song choices. Please ask for more information. All singing telegrams include balloons, paper cards, cupcakes, or full cake. Order a singing telegram for your next special occasion. All singing telegrams must be paid in full when ordered. Let us customize an agenda for your event.

SAY IT WITH A CLOWN CONTRACT
A $50 deposit is required prior to the event with a minimum of 5 working days. Deposit will be
applied towards the remaining balance and will reserve the date and time.
Service will start at the time agreed in the contract by the client, only 10 min. wait time is allowed in
case of emergency.
In case of cancellation on behalf of the client, the deposit will not be refunded. If cancellation is
on behalf of SAY IT WITH A CLOWN, the deposit will be refunded 100%.
SAY IT WITH A CLOWN will assist your event rain or shine. The deposit will not be refunded due to
the climate situation. Changes regarding service will have to be approved by our
representative prior to the event. We recommend you prepare with anticipation in case of
weather interference.
We reserve the right to refuse service in the case that our representative's person or
equipment's security is being threatened before or during service.
SAY IT WITH A CLOWN and its representatives are not responsible for any accidents that occurred
during service. All children must be supervised by an adult.
We do not accept personal checks towards the remaining balance on the day of your event.
Checks are permitted only for a deposit prior to the event but the date and time will be
reserved after the amount is fully transferred. The remaining balance will be given to our
representative in cash the day of the event before the service begins.
Pictures taken at your event will only be used for promotion to our company either on our
website or business cards, but only with written consent from the client.
