Don't understand, seemed happy with service. In restaurant so no room to play did best could with space provided. All seemed happy with magic show and balloons, so not sure why so negative.

There was an error in the time slot. Even though the website entered the time as 7:30pm, I specially told her on phone TWICE that I'd like her to start at 8pm. She said she didn't have that written down anywhere. I told her that her target audience should be the three year old's even though there were four older kids who were siblings of the younger ones. She did not seem to attract their attention too much. Her tricks (which were only 5 by the way) could be understood only by the older ones. I explicitly told her that I'd like 20 minutes of story-time in addition to magic but she merged a very tiny story it into the magic show and was done in 40min

8:00pm not mentioned I would have cancelled due to where she lives I live in Crosby and she lives near Hwy 6. When I got to home at about 7:15 she said children was finishing super all runing late no school 2 day, since I was early this was ok. Stated on phone today that older children were not behaving, and she was right, but I'm entertainer, not mother, stated was not there 1 hour as agreeded didn't get in my car until 8:40. I'm been clowning for 12 years so balloons for about 12 didn't take that long, Magic show and story all little ones sat without moving, dad said kids enjoyed, tried 2 meet her schdule, 20 min. story never mentioned 2 me, all seem to enjoy show

Shortcakes the Clown was very professional. She arrived at the event early and extended her stay by 30 minutes based on the demands of the children. I would recommend her services to others and plan to utilize her services again in the future.

Shortcakes was absolutely amazing. She was extremely patient with the kids. The face painting was much better work than we were expecting. Her balloon animals were very well done also. She could do many more things with the balloon animals than we expected. Shortcakes was very well liked by the children at the benefit. I don't know what else to say but WOW.

Shortcakes was AWESOME!!! I will definitely use her again for my daughter's birthday party. We had several children of all ages and she was a hit and kept all of them entertained throughout the party! She is fun, sweet, charismatic and HAPPY!! Thank you for making my party a hit!
