I was disappointed that he did not stay for an hour to take photos with guests as requested. He stayed approximately 30 min. or less.

Kids (2 yrs olds) were terrified with the performer. He showed up with colorful costume with no make up as requested, but his t-shirt was stained and was not groomed, looked sloppy and unpresentable. He had a hard time engaging kids and was not so smiley/friendly. When he started doing some magic, some kids got interested, but overall, many kids were not really participated. He made ballons, but ballon was nothing special as it was shown on their website. I wish they could send someone more friendly with kids since I specifically told them that kids were toddlers, 2 year old. Maybe I should have asked for a photo of performer they would send in advance...

I was clean shaven except for a goatee.My shirt was not stained or unwashed;when doing the bubbles it got a little wet.I did everything possible to engage the children, even danced with their inflatable Elmo and some kids did dance.I also made the balloon talk using my elmo voice which got smiles.The children responded to my magic show and had fun with balloons that were requested by the kids parents and even had a few parents ask for business cards. I gave out lots of stickers which the kids loved. It was a slow start but by the end most of the kids were interacting with me. The father was a good sport during the magic show.He was satisfied and said it was good.

this was the worst birthday party ever..we were expecting Dora at 4 since the party ended at 6 she got a flat tired ok we know it wasn't her fault but the company should've had a backup plan instead of asking one of my guest to pick her up...so by time best entertainment decided to do something Dora arrived at 6 half my guest we gone and she didn't stay the full hour I paid for...not a happy grandmother...I regret paying the whole thing and I want my money back

Customer was notified at 3:18 that the performer hit a pothole and her tire and rim were damaged and had to be towed. The towing company was called . The customer was called several times to work out the problem. Only this performer could do the show who had a special costume.The towing company called and would be an hour delayed. Customer was told. Performer was towed only to an Exit by special highway tow truck. Office manager paid $65 and put performer in a taxi who performed from 5:28 until 6:35. All the children were there--Happy Birthday with the cake was done after performer left. Performer was paid at the end of the show and satisfaction receipt was signed.

The Jake the Pirate costume was great but the performer was not! The kids were insanely bored, he did not even do the dances (hokey pokey) correctly...basically he just walked hugging the kids while they ran around and played with the pre-made swords he handed out. My son is only 3 and enjoys any character so he had a good for the most part but i couldve rented a suit. Wasnt worth the $150 for 30 minutes of standing in a costume. He even came over and spoke to me several times, which allowed the children to hear his voice after i repeatedly asked him not to speak. It ruins the experience if Jake has a Mexican accent. Wont be my entertainment next year or recommended.

The customer only wanted a 15 appearance-- was given a 30 minute show during which the character met and greeted the children,especially the birthday child, danced with the children for a few songs, posed for photos and made balloon sculptures at the end. She thought he should have done "more" because she spent "so much money" ----she liked the costume,her child hugged and danced with the character and was very happy. The performer is a well groomed,well educated college grad, a personal athletic trainer and has a slight if any Hispanic (not Mexican)accent. He spoke to her once twenty minutes into the show asking if she would like the balloon sculptures then.

The performer was on time and the price was decent. but besides that i didnt get my moneys worth, the guy for one took forever to get dressed and then he left a mess in the bathroom. then he was kinda bland, he did a few songs with the kids and then did the balloons, but it was nothing special. the kids were entertained, but i wasnt impressed. but my biggest complaint was that the costime he wore was all worn out. it looked thin and dingy and you could see his underwear and front package right through the costume, it looked really bad and unprofessional. but the worst part was that the costume had a big hole in the inner thigh. it was embarassing as everyone noticed.

They were not entertaining at all. Had no energy. I paid for paw patrol and they were only in paw patrol costume for 15 minutes out of the hour. The other 45 minutes they were regular clowns which was not what I paid for. They played no games with the kids. It was really boring.

I am so sorry that it did not go as well as you would have liked. The performers handed in the signature sheet that you were satisfied on the form. The performers also did balloon sculpting and quick face painting/stickers during the show.

The performance was good, kids enjoyed it. Arrived early, sang a song, gave out the gifts to the kids, made balloon animals, and accommodated pictures. Thank you for the memories!

We booked Spider-Man for my son’s third birthday and he was amazing! He. Poking process was very easy and their prices are very reasonable. He started with face painting, he gave every child the design they were looking for. Then he changed into costume and did super hero training with the kids. Everyone had a great time. I would definitely recommend booking Best Entertainment Around.

We had the red power ranger come to my sons birthday. He did an awesome job dancing with kids and doing super hero training. They took a picture of the whole party with the power ranger which was so nice. Then he came back out and did balloon animals and the other guy did tattoos. It was awesome.
