Buzz Lightyear and Woody both showed up for my sons 3rd birthday. Both performers were professional, courteous and just excellent when interacting with all the kids. They even did Space Ranger Training which was a huge hit. They loved it. I would greatly recommend them. Their costumes were really well done as well. Thank you for helping make my sons birthday extra special!!

Heroes for Hire contacted me almost immediately after I requested information from their site. The individual I worked with was willing to work with me in any way he could and was most accommodating. LOTS of great suggestions for me to consider.
The event went off AMAZINGLY....my daughter (a surprise for her) was surprised and delighted and she enjoyed every moment. There was considerable applause from the surrounding crowd that formed so all in all, I would say things went VERY well.

I sent Heroes for Hire as Darth Vader and a Storm Trooper to wish my friend a very happy birthday. She was utterly delighted with every aspect of it, and I was utterly delighted by their professionalism and patience with my changing what I wanted a dozen times. Then my friend suddenly decided to work from home on the day in question and Heroes for Hire accommodated the change in location. Now I just need another excuse to hire them again -- would do so in a second.

We had Darth Vader and a Storm Trooper for a 6 yr old birthday party - they were fantastic! Interacted well with the children and kept 20 kids entertained. Very realistic costumes! Kids left saying that was the best birthday party ever.

I was an awesome experience. I returned from deployment & decided to surprise my kids at school with the umble ee transformer. Heroes for Hire was awesome & i loved the pep talk for the kids on the 3 things needed to be a Superhero & Bumble Bee says (simon says). My only thing was i wish he had on a ski mask or something to cover his skin under the helmet cos my kids & the other kids kept saying he's just a man, not a real transformer..... my kids were totally convinced he was real, lol

Very accomodating with a strong exceptional voice. Just wish he would of sang a few more songs and in part that is my fault because I didn't ask. Will recommend this performer and would definately use him again.

We were very excited to have "snake eyes the GI Joe ninja" at our son's 5th bday party. However, we missed the first part of the party because snake eyes/the employee didn't know how to put his costume on and required assistance. Because of this, "snake eyes" started 15min late and we missed the first 30min of the party. Realizing that we hired a character that does not talk, we were still disappointed that the employee had no martial arts skills, no planned activities, and no story line..the result: he walked around and posed for 45min. However, all the kids were already gone after 30min of the party. We absolutely would not recomend heros for hire to anyone.

We spoke to the client in advance and advised her that this character does not speak. This would mean that he was only available to pose for pictures and faux duel with guests. At the time, the client was fine with this. I also informed her that Snake Eyes would require some assistance getting dressed. Since no one at the party probably knows sign language would be difficult to have any activities besides pictures and faux dueling. Our character departed for this job with plenty of time to get dressed but was delayed by a traffic accident. At no time in any pre-event communications with the client, did the client request Snake eyes to perform any "Martial Arts". The

This vendor arrived 30+ minutes late! Thank goodness for kindness of other parents who helped entertain little ones. Would strongly NOT recommend Heroes 4 Hire.

We contacted client and she was understandably upset and initially/continually demeaning to us. Client was upset because she thought that we were scheduled to be there at 12:30 but gigmasters request stated 1pm.She knew that we were driving 1 hour 30 min to arrive on time and our performer left at 11AM to allow 2 hours to get there allowing for delays.Our performer encountered bumper-to-bumper traffic due to an accident and arrived at 1:25PM.Offered client $45 discount but she took it upon herself to pay us $105 less.Our performer stayed for their arranged duration and I was informed that the children loved the performance.We apologized for being late.

I was completely UNSATISFIED with this company's service. I booked Mickey and Minnie Mouse. They did not do any activities with the kids for the entire hour I booked them. They didn't even talk to the kids and walked around the entire time just taking pictures. This company's contact ensured they would do activities with the kids. When requesting that they do the hotdog dance, Minnie said, "what's that? We will follow and make it up." I will never refer or book this company again.

Professionalism - We made arrangements prior to the event and performed them all. We danced with, spoke to guests in accurate Mickey/Minnie voices. Customer tried to pay our characters $110 below the agreed upon price which we had to correct also leaving us $10 short.
Accomodating - We were asked to perform the Hot Dong Dance. Mickey/Minnie performed the dance accurately as it is a very simple dance. Minnie followed along with Mickey as Minnie was not that experienced at this dance but followed along just fine. Customer was to supply a CD player but the one provided had very low volume. Elmo came to visit for our 2 year olds birthday! Working with him was the easiest part of the whole party! His communication was spectacular and super professional. The costume was up to date, clean and perfect! Our favorite part is he is in the military, we love giving back to those who have given so much to our country. You won’t be disappointed, we are so glad we found him after an awful experience with another well known national company.

They hired heroes for hire for our son's 5th birthday. Paul was easy to get ahold of via text or email and responsive within 24 hours.
He notified me the day before our birthday party that he was very sick and could not come, but had already provided a replacement person and given that person the information needed for the party. I contacted the other person, Eric from Heroes on Call, who substituted for Heroes for Hire and he was very responsive, showed up super early, took his time with the kids.
I was thankful that even though Heroes for Hire could not come to our party, they had a strong backup person to help us out in their place.

The performer arrived on time and was very good with the toddlers. Was very patient as the kids warmed up to the Elmo character. Everyone had a great time. I would definitely recommend Hero’s for Hire at your next event.

These guys were awesome! Vader and Stormtrooper made a major impression on the kids (and the adults too!) They were on time and ready to go, worked with 20+ kids and adults and had a blast. Vader took charge and the kids had great time. Highly recommended!!

I was very happy with the overall characters. The costumes were perfect. The characters were nice and they did a great job. The only thing that worry me was at two days before the event we had issue with getting people to wear the costumes, but they came through and it was excellent. I would definitely use them again.

One of our performers that was assigned to attend this event was involved in a car accident last week so we had to find a suitable replacement. The client's comments expressed that the replacement was more than suitable.

Heroes for Hire was amazing! They totally rocked my sons Star Wars Party. Everyone was amazed by Darth Vader and they all loved the Jedi training. He was great with the kids and the grown ups got a kick out of him also. Heroes for Hire are truly professionals. My son is now the talk of the school.
