Awesome customer service. They were on time and also helped me prepare for the party. They are truly amazing at what they do. My daughter was in shock and awe. She will forever remember this birthday with pictures they took and provided. The whole process with them over the months leading to the party was so amazing, and they are so nice and sweet. I will be using them again!

They did a great job! Had fun games, letters to Santa and Santa spent a good amount of time with each child. Everyone loved it!

The Black Panther was so surreal and very kid friendly, there was no request or photo op not granted, even the mid-air pose requests :).
