Very accommodating & friendly, flexible to the schedule. However, I do wish the attire and overall appearance of the performers to be more formal/professional. But over all, we had a great, wonderful experience with kiddie party people.

Spongebob was dirty and the preformers look like they just got out the bed.

We arrived at the scheduled time-contacted client & let her know we were outside. Due to where event was scheduled client had to come out to escort performers in. Client took 25-30 minutes to come out and meet the performers. When we finally got to enter the location we believe the clients delay in escorting us into to the location may have been related to the fact it was only 2 or 3 children total at the event. Client was visibly upset at the low turnout for her event. We honestly believe her disappointment stems more from her frustration with the turnout for her event & less from our services. Our performers are well trained & costumes are cleaned after each event.

First of all let me start with I loved the face painter,she was excellent with all the kids request for varous designs. i was certainly disappointed with the overall appearance of the Princess she looked sick ,outfit was dull and she had no life. Kids at my daughter 1st Birthday party did not connect with her many ofhtem replied that not her ( how embarassing). I guess not time I will research my companies better.

I booked the Kiddie Party people for a 2 hr time frame for face painting and and a Diego costume character. They had the time and location of my party wrong so I ended up cramming both activities into 1 hr leaving me with nothing to do with the kids for an additional 2 hrs! Not happy at all!

We spoke to client 2-3 days before the event at that time client did not re-confirm any change of event venue & arrival time. When performers arrived at contracted location on time client was not there. We called client and client made an effort to confirm new venue and event time via text. Performer then drove 20+ minutes to new location and waited another 15-20 minutes for client to arrive. When client arrived they happily agreed to a balance due adjustment and received 1 hour of entertainment. Face painting was not on a professional level. Did not have basic colors such as white or brown.Dora's costum was not clean.Arrived about 15 mintues actsr scheduled time. Did not know that I needed to supply cups and water.Very limited baloon designs.

I dont understand the poor rating because the client tipped the performers $20 each????
Client(signed) contracted arrival time frame was 3:30-4:00pm. Performers arrived at 3:48pm and were set up and ready to start by 4:02pm. Client was verbally informed in two different conversations as to what we needed.
The performers did face painting & balloon twisting as to what the children requested. Most of whom wanted face painted hearts or flowers & cheek art etc..as for the balloon twisting most of the children wanted swords and dogs any and all other requests were fullfilled.
Dora's costume was not dirty it was stained with face paint from a guest who gave Dora

Person in costume was very small, unable to fit into it.Other person walked behind Big Bird constantly adjusting costume a huge distraction-many of our party guests commented on the tremendously over-sized costume on such a small person. Non-character employee lacked energy, not enthusiastically facilitate dancing/ party activities for what I hired them to do. She only pressed 'play' on CD player,she was quiet As mother of birthday boy I was looking forward to enjoying the entertainment & fun for which they were hired.Instead,I motivated & facilitated guests to participate in party activities. It was his 1 bday, I regret I didnt get the opportunity to enjoy it.

I was very disappointed. The performance of the character was the worst ever i deserve a refund. I will never use them again nor will i recommend anyone to them. It's such a shame that the character appeared to be under the influence of some drug. I felt so humilitated around my guests.

The Kiddie Party People did not show up for my event. My deposit was accepted and I tried several times to contact them directly. I left more than one requests for them to contact me to confirm. I never heard from them and hoped they were coming. Luckily the party was such a success that only me, the party planner, and the mother of the birthday girl knew the balloon twister was not there. The balloon twister was, however, an important part of our carnival theme.
I am not sure where the breakdown was, but I would think that even if they couldn't make it because of another booking, etc. they would still call. Oh well!

We would have loved to cover this event but we never received our signed agreement from this potential client. We do not make a habit of just showing up at events without an agreement in place.
This client's deposit was made online via the Gigmaster website not directly to my company and my company never retrieved it as a result of not having a signed agreement in place.
This client's deposit was subsequently refunded by Gigmaster as the online deposit was not accepted by our company.

They did a great job....... minimal talent with the balloon twisting but that was fine because it was a for a 1 year old party. They brought my special request balloon which was amazing! I would recommend them!

I will never use this company again. I had booked this company for my granddaugter's One Year Birthday over two months ago. My time was 2:00pm, but was told they would most likely get to the party at 1:30 to set up and start at 2:00. At 2:15 I called to find out where they were at. I was told they were wrapping up a party and will be at my party by 2:30pm. I called again at 2:50pm and informed them that I am cancelling. I was told again they were stuck in traffic and apologized. The apology included how hectic their schedule was. I dont understand how hectic it can be, I booked this event over two months ago. I requested a refund.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! On the day of my daughter's birthday party they did NOT show up or call! I called them and was told they were pulling up and they never showed! I called for more times and was sent to voicemail! I am requesting with gig masters my deposit and booking fee back! Go with a different company!

They were prompt and friendly however would have like a confirmation a day or two before the party I was unable to reach anyone phone after leaving several messages but they did contact me finally 30 minutes before their arrival time.
My daughter who turned 3 was very happy and they showed her personal attention which was great. My only real concern was the Spongebob custom was dirty from head to toe and missing a few of the eyelashes however the kids (3 yrs. Old) didn't notice and was happy Spongebob was there to celebrate her day her excitment was priceless.

I booked Super Friends Parties in May 2013. Although this review is late, I just wanted to rate them since they did a great job at the party. The kids enjoyed it along with the adults. Both age groups were incorporated in their entertainment. I would book with them again!

Elmo is great..
But big bird seemed to be not as perky... walked little off and had to take a brief break and came back...
I wonder if the person inside big bird was 'too hot'. And needed a little bit of fresh air... I do not know.
