From the beginning of our planning, we wanted to make sure we had good music because we love to dance. We first met the band and Diego (the band manager) at their showcase and I started dancing on the first song. Diego responded so quickly on email. We got married in downtown LA during the Women's March (aka Trump protest) and yet they were still there on time and very professional. My guests were so impressed and could not stop talking about them even after the wedding. Some of my friends are evening thinking about hiring them for their weddings this year. I guarantee 200% that Downbeat LA will make your wedding the night that everyone will be talking about!

AMFM was fantastic, we received so many compliments from our guests and many commented on how much fun they had. The band helped the dancing continue till the end of the night. The energy and sound was just what we were looking for. Also, if you are not sure about adding a horn section....spring for the horns if your budget can afford it. The horns were amazing! The only thing that caused us anxiety was communication during the planning stages. Most of the correspondence took place through emails and sometimes it took some time for a response. The email communication loses some of the personal touches and attention. Overall, AMFM was a great addition to the party!

Diego was so accommodating and the entire band did an amazing job. Not only was the band insanely talented, but they arrived early and played consistently for 1 1/2 hours without a dull moment. They were great at interacting with a timid crowd to get everyone dancing and everyone had a great time. I will hire them again in the future if my company heads to the LA area again.

AMFM was awesome!!! Diego with Downbeat LA was especially helpful along the way. The guests could not stop talking about how much they loved the band during our reception! I cannot wait to see them again, I've recommended them to all my friends who have a wedding coming up. Yes to hire a band for a wedding -- it can be expensive BUT its totally worth it, cut down on the fancy appetizers or make those centerpieces smaller and hire this band! You wont regret it.

We had AMFM band perform at our wedding in Malibu. They are incredibly talented and were very accommodating. They allowed my cousin to jump on stage and sing with them and even downloaded a song to their iPod to play when a guest wanted to perform a special dance. Everyone at the wedding raved about how great they were!

The band was great and threw a great show. We had the highest expectations for them but they still impressed. The party could not have happened without the hard work, talent and the energy they brought to the dance floor. Our guests raved about them. We put a lot of trust in their ability to not just play music but to really entertain the crowd and they showed that they are absolute professionals in making sure people are having a great time.

The AMFM Band was THE BEST! They seriously made our wedding night. I have never seen so many people up and dancing for as long as they were at our wedding. And I received a ton of compliments on the band from our guests. AMFM knows how to keep a party going and they are so TALENTED! They are far from your typical cheesy wedding band. They put their own spin on songs, had such great energy and made for an awesome MC. I cannot emphasize enough how great their energy was. Many guests said that our wedding was the most fun that they’d ever had at a wedding and I have to think it was because of our band! I’d recommend them to anyone. Definitely worth it!

They were perfect! All my friends and family loved them. They had energy and talent. The music and voices were amazing. I loved that they performed recent radio hits that all my guests loved to dance too. AMFM had the crowd going and working out on the dance floor with some great dancing. On more than several occasions, my guests came up to me to tell me how much they loved the band and how talented they were. The icing on the cake ... the agreed to help us out with our first dance and joined us for the Harlem Shake! I love their energy and recommend them 100%!!!

AMFM was fabulous at my daughter's small wedding reception! They worked well with us on scheduling and the song list. Their sound is fresh and full of energy. They even backed the groom's surprise singing of Ed Sheeran's Thinking Out Loud to the bride. Super professional, sharp appearance, great voices and instrument skills. Our event was intimate, but AMFM would shine on a big stage too. Watch their videos - they are just as awesome live. 5 stars all around for AMFM!!

Book this band! We hired them for our wedding in San Francisco, and they are worth every penny. Everyone was so talented from the person playing guitar at our ceremony to the band at the reception. They sound even better live than on their tracks. They are super accommodating. I had a request for my (sort of deaf) grandpa to sing as the doors opened to the reception, and they were totally supportive and learned the backup music for him. He was so excited to actually have a live band behind him as he is a karaoke fanatic! Dream come true for him. Guests at my wedding raved about the talent of these people. Book them. You will have no regrets!

Finding AM/FM as our band was one of the best decisions my bride and I made for our wedding. It was completely worth the investment, as the band brought the party to life and their music allowed for guests to cut loose and have a blast on the dance floor. The band was full of young raw talent who were trained professionals, and had a fiery chemistry with one another from song to song that was simply contagious. Their energy helped keep the party going all night long, and created an elevated experience for guests, compared to a typical wedding DJ. They also handled our ceremony audio/sound system flawlessly and MC'ed our event without a hitch. Thank you AM/FM!!!!!

What a great pick! With multiple singers and an extraordinarily talented backup band, you're getting a band that can truly do classics to contemporary and do it WELL. The dance floor at our wedding was packed from start to finish, they learned a number of songs specifically for our event, and I got compliments from many guests on their performance. HIGHLY recommend. Great price, great management. And they played our ceremony too!

AMFM was our DJ/MC/BAND for our wedding. They did an amazing job. Diego and his team were the best investment we made on our wedding. All of our guests loved them. We gave them a playlist the day before (I know, we were late) and they played most, if not all, of the songs we asked for. They were well worth it. Not only were they our band, they also MC'd the wedding and they also did a great job there. They even played acoustic songs during cocktail hour! We asked our guests what they're favorite part of the night was and almost all say the band. If you're planning a wedding, get a band, and get AMFM!

AMFM made my wedding day unforgettable. AMFM can play anything and everything. They are a very talented group of musicians, who are also professional, helpful, accommodating, and overall very pleasant to work with. I worked closely with Diego in planning the song lists and the timeline of events. He was always attentive and assured me that all would go smoothly and that AMFM could accommodate all of our needs--and they certainly did!
