We requested a load of songs we wanted played during the night and they were not played. The DJ picked her own songs. they did edit the song we wanted or our ceremony. The DJ Mary was pleasant.

I am terrbily sorry that you were not pleased with your service. DJ Mary informed me that the night was running late and the venue shut down early. As a result, she was not able to play everything on your request list. Also, if requests were authorized, she was including those as well. Again, I apologize as this does not reach the standard of service we strive for.

Freeze frame brought this amazing photo booth that the kids and guests loved. The music choices were perfect and they even took requests. The guests said the were good when talking later about the party. They left plenty of time to get to my house and even though the had traffic they still arrived with plenty of time to set up and prepare. Their clean up was spot on and they were very friendly though the entire event.

Freeze Frame was great! The timeline and order of events that I had prepared for them was misplaced before they ever arrived, and as I was busy getting married at a different location I could not get them another copy. Paul dealt with the chaos admirably, and stayed in constant communication with me throughout the night so that things still went fairly smoothly. They read the room well, accommodated almost every song request, and kept people up and dancing. The uplighting included in our package really completed the look of the room (there was a lot of blank wall space to fill) and the photo booth was a big hit. Thank You!
