Absolutely great band--from the very beginning, the dialogue with GK (Dave) was so helpful and informative. They worked in all our special requests, had a great mix of all our favorite songs. The dance floor was never empty. We opted for the 6-piece, 4 hour session. I highly recommend the "sweet sax!" They were worth absolutely every penny and I hope I get to hear them again very soon. I was just sorry when the 4 hours were up! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Groove Knight is incredible! I live in Wa, but my wedding was in Texas. I hired Groove Knight based on the pictures, clips, and reviews posted on GigMasters. I was a little nervous about never having seen them perform, but everything online looked great so I went for it. I was blown away by how awesome their performance was. My guests have been raving about how much they loved the band. Groove Knight does a fabulous job of reading the crowd and playing music that gets everyone up and moving. I love how their repertoire of music expands over generations. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Easy to work with, they went above and beyond to make our day special.

I could not give this band anything lower than a 5! They were seriously the best and so accommodating to everything we asked of them. We had a second band preform and Groove Knight helped do their sound and stayed the entire time! They were professional, talented and made my wedding so fun. I got married out of town and I was so lucky to have them help me with even the non-band questions :). If you hire them you will not be disappointed!

The band was awesome!! They kept people dancing all night long! Everyone that was there commented how great they were. They did all of the special requests we asked for and knew exactly what songs to play to keep everyone dancing. We highly recommend them for anyone that wants to have a great time. Once we got engaged, my mom recommended looking on GigMasters for an affordable band and I was immediately struck by the quantity of positive reviews Groove Knight received. I reached out to Dave and then was again struck by his responsiveness and professionalism.
We had never actually heard the band play, but they blew us away! We had a cocktail style wedding, so the dance floor was open for a full four hours, and it was packed the entire time.
Just an awesome band. Flat out. People were saying that our wedding was one of the most fun weddings they've ever been to, and I think that Groove Knight was responsible for how much fun everyone had that night.

These guys were great. We had never heard them perform and booked them solely on their reviews on Gigmasters and after listening to their samples so we were a little apprehensive. The band manger, Dave, was wonderful to work with and extremely reliable and professional. He was very responsive to all our requests and questions and worked with the venue directly on logistics and lighting.
Our guests were very complimentary. We added a saxaphone and all of the musicians were great. The singer was especially good. Highly recommend them for any event.

We had Groove Knight play for our daughter's wedding and they could not have been better! They adjusted to a terrible rainstorm at our mostly outdoor venue, had to relocate indoors and managed to make us all forget we were supposed to have a much roomier setup.
Their sound is completely off the charts, their vocals (male and female) were great, and had everyone dancing all night! I am SO glad we chose Groove Knight. From the beginning they were very prompt in responding to all questions and requests, and did a beautiful job from start to finish that night.
Do yourself a favor: end your search now, because you won't do better than Groove Knight!

Just GREAT! Dave has always been awesome. We have never booked a live band before, therefore we were a little nervous from the start. But he made it all so easy and simple, allowing us the time to think through things, and being flexible over the whole negotiation and setup process. Just excellent. Aside from Dave, the other band members were very playful and entertaining throughout the night of our event. Several of our guests said they enjoyed the band a lot because the band made eye contact with them, and kept them entertained in a personal manner. That something very unique about this group, and we loved them. We strongly recommend you go with Dave and his group!

We hired Groove Knight for our wedding and I must say - they wowed us, along with all of our wedding guests! Their talent and the variety of songs that they played truly set them apart from other bands we've heard. They were so easy to work with leading up to the big day, too. I can't recommend Groove Knight highly enough. Dave is incredibly helpful and professional and made the planning process a breeze. The communication with the band before our daughter's wedding was excellant. We were 5+++ star pleased with the performance. The band kept the dance crowd on their feet and for those that chose not to dance they had them "chair dancing" and singing along with them.
We had many guest commenting on what a great band we had chose. We HIGHLY recommend Groove Knights for all events. Groove Knights will be the center of your party.

Groove Knight played at our wedding reception in July 2012. They were AWESOME. Everyone loved them. The dance floor was packed all night. Both the lead female vocalist and the drummer, who also sang, were great. Super easy to work with too. We would highly recommend booking them sooner rather than later before everyone else realizes how good they are.

I could not have found a better band to play at my reception. They were extremely accommodating. Our first dance was to a Louis Armstrong song and they learned it and played beautifully. Groove Knight was definitely one of the best touches of the entire night. All of the guests enjoyed to music and their talent. One of my favorite memories of the entire night was dancing to "Shout" with what seemed like the entire guest list. I would highly recommend this band to anyone having a special event. Wonderful music, great to work with, and professional.

Groove Knight is absolutely INCREDIBLE! From start to finish, our contract, interactions and finally wedding night with them were flawless. I sent probably over 200 hundred emails to Dave and the band figuring out all the smallest details and there wasn't once when it would take more than a few hours or a day to hear back from them. This put me at ease and made the process very fun and easy. Regarding their performance for the wedding...AMAZING! No problems or mess-ups in the slightest. We received an overwhelming amount of praise regarding the band and everyone couldn't believe how they sounded exactly like the originals! I couldn't have selected a better band!!!!

Groove Knight was awesome! Everyone keeps talking about "how great the band was" at our wedding!
Wedding planning was very stressful, but Dave from Groove Knight was SO accommodating and easy to work with! If I had a question or needed anything he got back to me immediately.
