Our experience with MOODY for our Wedding Reception was absolutely phenomenal.
They catered to our desires as clients in every possible way, while still maintaining their own creative identity. They were great at encouraging participation from the guests - the dance floor was packed all night, and even spilled out into the porch area when the dancing area was too full. Moody even continued to play music while they packed up their equipment so that the party could go on as long as possible!
I would highly recommend MOODY to anyone who is looking for an upbeat, energetic band with a very dynamic song list for their event!

I am very disappointed in Moody. They put a complete damper on my wedding. What they have advertised in their video is not even who they brought to our wedding. People left early because of it ... they didnt even know words to songs... off key... just horrible. Would not recommend them to anyone. We finally asked them to get off stage and just play dj music.

Thanks again for reading reviews for "MOODY!". As you can see that this is a very uncharacteristic review for "MOODY!" and I was equally disappointed with this client- no direction on a song list, special dances given last minute and false claims in this review. We love all of our clients but this was the most challenging wedding of the year and we were given zero direction and little time to prepare on the spot with bridesmaids running up to the stage which served as our song list. They finally gave me song requests(s) 1 song at time and since I can't perform and talk at the same time, I ended up playing them as DJ songs. This was a planning and professional nightma

We loved Moody! These guys are really talented! And they feel the mood of the crowd and adapt. Super happy and would hire them again. Actually two of my guests asked for Moody's contact info. And super professional as well. Everybody was on time, things went off without a glitch, great experience.

One of the best vendor decisions I made when planning my wedding! The process before was so easy and Scott was very accommodating. At the reception, they knew just how to play - even though it was a smaller venue, they didn't blow our guests out of the place. They had the dance floor overflowing all night - which is the whole purpose of the band. We were so happy with MOODY and received multiple compliments after the wedding on our band. Thanks for the great time!

What a great band! Very accommodating, very professional. They have so many songs in their playlist, that we just let them feel the crowd and play away! They played so many songs that I have never heard a cover band play before due to difficulty, and these guys nailed it! From high energy to the light dinner music, these guys brought it all. I highly recommend them as one of the best around. You will definitely not be disappointed. Don't forget that these are road performers, so show them some appreciation when it comes to the rider(food, refreshments, and green room/dressing room) and they will show their appreciation on stage!

I absolutely LOVED having the Moody Band play at my wedding. My budget for a band was really tight, so they were super accommodating and I booked the two person band. I was worried it wouldn't seem like a real band, but they were amazing. Everyone had such a great time dancing along and they kept the crowd really moving. They had great advice to help me when picking out music and they really went with the flow when my Wedding Coordinator got us off schedule. I would recommend them to an ANYONE, especially if you're on a tight budget like I was. Thanks so much guys for making my wedding perfect and so much fun! :)

Moody was awesome at our wedding! We really enjoyed them playing for us! They took special request from our guest and very easy to work with. They also played the songs we requested on our songs list and kept the crowd involved. Everyone really enjoyed the music. We couldn't have asked for a better band for our wedding!

Moody is AWESOME!! We had them at our wedding in Charlotte on 10/3/15 and literally everyone was on the dance floor the entire night. Music was at the top of the list as to what was most important to my now husband and I so we looked long and hard for the perfect fit. With me being a dancer and cheerleader and my husband being a DJ in the past I'd say we were definitely looking for some seriously good music. Moody EXCEEDED all of our expectations. They are not your typical wedding band, they are so so so much more!! And they were extremely accommodating. I wanted my sister to sing our first song and they brought a keyboard for her! 5 start experience all around!

The band played great and everyone enjoyed dancing to their music. It was stressful working with them in an outside venue due to varying temperatures. I would not have them play for the cermony. They were very unprofessional by leaving before the grandmothers were even out. They were great during the reception though.

Thank you for viewing our webpage and "MOODY!" appreciates all of our clients as we are the premiere Cover/Wedding band on GigMasters in N America which is evident by our very busy schedule, our awards & our dozens and dozens of perfect reviews. We were more than accommodating to this client by performing ceremony music in 30 degree weather(yes, you read that correctly). I stressed to the client that our performance as well as the health of everyone in attendance was in jeopardy. We were left with cold and frostbite symptoms as well as numb hands which continued for over an hour after the ceremoy. Since we are professionals we trudged through and made it great event!

Moody performed at our wedding for 250 people, and it seemed like everyone was on the dance floor for the entire night! They have such a wide range of talent and were able to accommodate our upbeat jazz / classy music at the beginning followed by more dance / rock‘n roll songs near the end of the night. Scott even mixed a special DJ song for the mother/son dance, and they performed 3 of our special song requests wonderfully. Everyone at the wedding had a blast and we received numerous compliments. Scott was very accomodating/professional, and the the band and vocals were fantastic. Overall, Moody comes highly recommended and we would definitely use them again!

Truly awesome. Moody absolutely killed it and made our night one of the best parties ever. I would highly recommend them for any occasion. If you are looking for diversity, our playlist covered Motley Crüe to Pitbull to Alabama. We had so many guests compliment the band and truly unaware that 95% of the music was live. Many thanks to Scott and the crew. There should be no reservations or hesitations in booking Moody. They made our night absolutely memorable!

We were completely happy with our experience with Scott Moody at our wedding. They were very professional and played a great mix of music to meet the varied tastes of our group.
