I probably had over twenty people comment to me about how great you guys were. I can't even describe how much you guys surpassed my expectations. The Born to Run encore was particularly great. UpTown Celebration did a fantastic job performing at Colby-Sawyer’s recent event! The entire evening, the floor was packed! Every song they played was a hit and got everyone excited to be there! UpTown Celebration was AMAZING! The dance floor was packed the entire night---people didn't want to leave! We had many guests come and tell us how great the band was and how much fun they were having. They even learned our first dance and father/daughter/son/mother song and they sounded unbelievable! My now husband and I even got to go on stage and sing with them for a song----simply perfect! We go to MANY weddings every year and we really are grateful we found UpTown Celebration because they helped us make our wedding more fun than we ever thought it could be and highly recommend them for any celebratory gathering! I had Uptown Celebration perform at my wedding on Sept 21, 2013. I knew they were going to be good, but they knocked it out of the park!. It is unbelievable the range of songs this band can play, and that they can play them all well!!! My father couldn't believe that I wanted to have a band at the wedding because he said the songs never sound as good as the originals, but after Uptown finished their first set, he came up to me and said, 'Okay, I was wrong. These guys are awesome!' I just wanted to thank them all again from the bottom of my heart for making our special day everything that I hoped it would be. You guys are awesome!" Katherine

I have been involved with bands since my college days booking frat party rock bands and doing several concerts that were very successful. I firmly believe that the band makes the party, not DJ's. Uptown Celebration is the best dance and party band I have ever seen and they are the nicest people not just to work with but real people. They made my dad's 90th birthday spectacular right from the first dance and throughout the entire evening. Thanks so much, can't wait to see and hear you guys again. Jack

Uptown Celebration was such a hit at our wedding! We had so many comments from our friends and family about how fun the band was and how great their selection of music was. The dance floor was packed the entire night- we have only the band to thank for that!! The band went above and beyond to learn new songs just for our wedding, which made it so personal and made us realize very quickly how much they genuinely cared about our wedding day. We received compliments at the wedding as soon as they started playing and after the wedding about how fantastic and talented they are. The singing is out of this world. They are flexible with appointment times, easy to work with and friendly! We had so much fun with them at our wedding and they did a great job leading the way and their emcee services. We Highly, Highly recommend UPTOWN CELEBRATION for your next event!!! Of all the things we had to organize and worry about for our 200+ guest list wedding, Uptown Celebration had me at easy from the beginning. They were more then accommodating from the start to finish. Everyone loved them; asked for their cards and kept the dance floor full all night!!

Uptown Celebration gave an amazing performance at my wedding! We danced non-stop and my friends and family are still talking about how great they were! I found the band to be incredibly easy to work with in terms of the set list and our first dance selection. One of the highlights were the props, i.e. they passed around the tambourines and cow bell for some audience interaction which really helped get the little kids (and even some adults) at our wedding excited to dance and have fun. The dance sets flew by and everyone had an amazing time, I could not be more grateful to the band for helping to make our wedding reception an awesome and memorable time!

Great band and great people. I am so lucky to have chosen UpTown Celebration for my party. They were awesome - they involved the crowd and kept them on the dance floor all night. Uptown Celebration is an awesome and upbeat band that would be a great addition to any corporate event, wedding, or other special occasion. Their vocals are great and their song list spans many generations. The 200 guests at my corporate party were very complimentary of the band and thoroughly enjoyed their music! Most guests were on their feet dancing the night away. They are an ideal band for any event and they certainly have a knack getting people on their feet.

The whole experience was great from the very beginning to the very end. They were incredibly easy to work with and took care of 100 percent of all the details so we didn't have to worry about anything. They accomodated every request and were a blast when interacting with our guests. The dance floor was full all night and nobody wanted the party to end. We hired UpTown Celebration for a housewarming party at our home in Wellesley. They MADE the party. It's been a month since the event and my friends are STILL talking about our band! They were great to work with and incredibly talented as musicians. They had everybody dancing and having the time of their lives! I know it won't be long 'til we get to hear them again, as many of my friends are planning on booking them for their own parties. What a blast! UPTOWN CELEBRATION was nothing short of perfect! From the very first time I contacted them to our thank you's and goodbyes, Uptown Celebration, Gary , Kelly and the entire band, were professional, excited and approachable. They catered to our requests, added a few songs that were key to our guests of honor and MC'd the entire evening! Our guests are still raving about their music and vocals. THIS is what really made our celebration a success. We had the best time and I am SO grateful and so fortunate to have found them. It made me look like a professional party planner -Thank you!
