Allianze events: our first impression was that he is well organized, prepared, and knowledgable. He had alot of attention to detail and within that took alot of interest in our choices of music and provided feedback. His past experience and iteniary prove to be above what was expected. He went above and beyond by making time to meet with our daughter and take into consideration her style of music and making this Quinceanera a extremely successful and fun filled night! Thank You and we will definitely look for his services again. :)

Great setup and great music. Was able to accomadate all request made and even came to the rescue when our DVD wouldn't work. Very professional and we would use them again.

Frank Rodriguez did a great job, he was on time, polite, and filled all the song requests he was given. We really enjoyed it Frank, Kendall was more than happy about her special night, she goes on and on..:) We will be using you again for an adult party. Thank you so much!

We booked Ali'anze Events Entertainment for a corporate celebration outdoor BBQ and we had the best time! People were up dancing and the music variety was excellent! Anthony (DJ) was extremely professional and I would highly recommend him!

We had a great experience with Anthony! Booking him online made me a little nervous at first but after speaking with him on the phone I felt much better!! He was very personable, polite and did great as the master of ceremony. My fiance was very impressed. The only thing was that the sound was a little off (it was MINOR but that is the reason I am giving him a 4.5 on satisfaction) but overall I would book him again without a doubt!! PS We had a Mexican/American wedding and he did great job mixing music that suited both sides :) :) :) Thank you Anthony for all your hard work!!

Anthony was reluctant to play requests from our younger guests. He was asked to turn the volume down but failed to do so to our satisfaction. The event was a success none the less and everyone was pleased with the out come.

We were very disappointed with the service provided. He gave us a reasonable quote when we first booked him, but after meeting with him he gave us a higher quote and never own up to the screw up (in the end he did honor the price). We emailed Anthony our agenda weeks in advance, but the day before the wedding he said he couldn't find two songs. Day of the event, he was disorganized, not flexible nor accommodating, or receptive to feedback and input. He messed up on the announcements of the wedding party entrance even after our coordinator went through it with him. On a positive note, he came early, on time, help facilitate, and lighting was nice.

In all of our collective years of professional experience in this field, we have always put the customer first and foremost. Our countless reviews and feedback not only here on gig masters, but several other online directories show we have a great record of customer service. In this specific case We stand by our team member. Anthony went above and beyond to be both flexible and accommodating to suit the clients needs. Specifically he provided extra sound (speakers, equipment) and microphones for the ceremony which we wern't hired to cover at No additional charge. He provided sound and managed the audio for the slideshow presentation they had....continued

These issues occurred: The DJ failed to play the right song for the first dance (I emailed a week in advance to confirm the song), the DJ gave an advice-filled speech which was disturbingly long, it was inaccurate and disturbed the guests, an email stated that there would be event lighting for the wedding, however, the day of the wedding there was no lights. They contacted me by text to confirm my negative experience; they offered to reimburse $100 either by check or Paypal. Two months passed and two checks failed to be sent and the PayPal exchange was declined. It was a waste of my time, money, and energy. I am warning others of the type service I was provided.

At Allianze Events, first and foremost, we take it very serious anytime our guests have comments or feedback. All feedback is certainly welcomed, but in this case, we performed all that was asked and requested from us, The dj was very professional and went above and beyond to please the guest.But we must stand by our policy, we will not be blackmailed for money in order to get good honest reviews or feedback. This is a fictitious reviews that stemmed from money involved due to not providing additional equipment that was NOT promised or in any contract or agreement.We strive to please every guest but not everyone can be pleased.We strive to honestly earn your business
