Robert showed up 30 mins late. We had sent 2 weeks ahead of time a substantial list of songs. He played a small selection of the list. We then proceeded to play multiple Spanish songs to a fully English speaking party. When we asked him to change the music he played another Spanish song and when we complained again he came out from his booth, said we were threatening him and accused us of being racist. So incredibly disappointing. We asked him to leave and paid him his fee.

As a professional DJ, my goal is always to create an enjoyable and memorable experience for all guests. I carefully observe the energy of the crowd and sometimes incorporate popular international hits—such as Spanish or K-pop tracks—that are widely loved and often get people dancing.
That said, I do apologize if the inclusion of Spanish-language songs did not align with your expectations. It was never my intention to disregard your preferences or cause any frustration. My interpretation at the time was that the crowd was engaged and enjoying the music, but I understand now that it may have missed the mark for you.
I always welcome constructive feedback and will use this experience to improve communication and song selection in future events. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts.

Angelheart Entertainment made my Dad's party a fun and enjoyable evening. Care and consideration was given to the songs I requested and my party guests appreciated that special requests for songs to be played were granted. Angelheart Entertainment was on time and had music playing as my guests arrived. My Dad's favorite song was played as he entered his party. Several of my friends who attended plan to use Angelheart Entertainment for their next event.

Rob was the best, the wedding ran right on time, all the music was great! whenever there was something that came up like a toast he got them in, he also had the party going on! I had requested 40's-70's music, but the beginning music was some sort of loud rock music...when requesting the songs from the era I had requested the DJ had to go online to find them, some he couldn't find. There were no directory books we could look at other than my own... I was disappointed. I asked the DJ if he was new at this and he said "sorta".... There was no slow music to dance to.
The DJ was very nice.

Robert Estrada was great! He was very easy to deal with, he came through on all requests, and he took full control of the timeline so no one else had to worry about it! Most importantly, he is able pick up on the personality of the reception. If everyone wanted to rock, he would make them rock. If everyone wanted to roll, he would make them roll! Great DJ! I was very pleased with Angelheart Entertainment.
The job they did for my Dad's birthday party was
amazing. They made his birthday a night of great music he liked and also played music that was made by special request. Thank you Angelheart Entertainment. I planned this party at the last minute and I was worried about finding a DJ so close to the day of my Dad's party but you went out of your way to make my event a success.

This was our 4th event using Angelheart Entertainment, Robert is amazing and keeps it fresh everytime! A Father and Daughter Dance seems like it would be a bit challenging to keep the dads on the dance floor, not for Robert! We have the best photos of the hula hoop contest and not of the girls BUT THE DADS! I am not a relative however Robert now just seems like a part of the family making everyone feel comfortable and making sure everyone has a great time! Thank you!!!

Robert's lighting and sound equipment was very nice and he was dressed so professionally which was great for our photos. I emailed Robert with special requests throughout the planning process and he was always quick to respond and happy to accomodate all of our requests. He played all requested songs that came up throughout the night with no problem and played all of our pre requested songs at the perfect time. I was amazed by Robert's ability to get everyone dancing without being cheesy and his attention to detail. Robert coordinated all announcements making sure everyone was in the correct spot before the grand entrance, toasts, first dance, etc.He took care of us!

Robert from Angelheart was fabulous. He was just what we wanted. He was able to wrangle everyone and literally turned into a wedding planner. He got everyone organized and last but not least, played sweet tunes. He was the reason everything went smoothly! I would definitely recommend Robert!

Within an hour of my initial request for quote, I was contacted via email with a complete quote and received a follow up telephone call shortly after that. The price was highly competitve. And, there were no complaints, rate increases or issues when we were forced to change our location. Nor when we added an extra hour to the duration of the event. Angelheart showed up on time, accommodated all music requests, was highly knowledgeable on event structure and crowd pleasing. What I really appreciated though was that he was not invasive or over the top as many DJs can often be. He demonstrated professionalism in that the event was about us and not him. Thank you

Robert Estrada took care of us and went way beyond what we expected. My wife and I were running around like chickens with our heads cut off. He knew the order of the songs and had a written schedule of what was to be played and when, he kept everything on schedule, even when we ran late. He worked alongside with our wedding coordinator, and photographer with excellence and had a great attitude the whole time. Robert played songs that went with the guests and was great at picking up on what music they wanted to hear and dance to. I could'nt reccomend a better dj!

Robert was the DJ at my holiday party, and I can't say enough good things about him. Even before the party I found him great to work with by returning my calls promptly and answering all of my questions. I was very specific about the music I wanted and when it should be played, he took notes and on my party night played just what I wanted. He has state-of-the-art equipment and not only was he able to play anything I requested, he didn't need a lot of room for his set up. He really made the party fun, and I would definetly use him again or refer him to a friend.
